I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. The price was cheap, so I thought it was okay. The location was good, and there were many cheap paid parking lots nearby, so I parked there the whole time and used public transportation to get around. Access was good. There was a convenience store nearby. There was a rice ball cafe right in front of the accommodation, and the staff were kind and delicious.
When I tried to watch TV, it said that the channel had not been set, and I didn't know how to connect the switch to the TV, so I didn't use it. It worked with the switch itself. In the end, I enjoyed Osaka so much that I didn't have time to watch TV, so it wasn't a problem, but I wanted to watch a Kansai program.
When I arrived, I didn't know how to open the door, so I called, but I couldn't get through. It was disappointing that the only replies I got by email were mechanical.
The toilet and shower room were clean.
I wish the place had been cleaned a little more thoroughly, but considering the price, it's okay.

There was no miniature light bulb in the lighting of Room 204, and the refrigerator seemed to be broken so we couldn't use it.
I think they should make sure to make broken appliances usable before next time guests arrive.
The lamp next to the bed is too bright.
They should change it to a fluorescent light bulb.
I tried to watch Amazon Prime and Netflix on the TV, but I couldn't watch them.
I hope they make them available.
