We stayed two nights x two rooms. The location of the hotel is excellent, abt 100m to the subway. And another 150m to Kuromon market. On 2nd nite the AC in our room was dripping, we spoke to the front desk and quickly a technician came to help. It was close to mid nite, and without delay they changed a room for us on the same floor. The onsen in the hotel is superb too. And ramen was available during 9:30 pm - 11 pm. The receptionist helped us flagged two taxi outside and it was drizzling. The hotel is very gracious and service is top notched. We will come back again.

The hotel is in a good location, convenient to everywhere, and the breakfast is not bad~ But the bamboo mats in the corridor are quite dirty and have some odors. In addition, there are two red bumps on the bed sheet that were bitten by something. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the itch and it has not gone away yet. Maybe my skin is more sensitive. My mother is fine. I can always hear the roar of motorcycles in the room in the middle of the night. The sound insulation is not good and it affects my rest.
