Travelling as family with 2 little kids. Location was good and convenient (subway n store). Check in & out very easy with full information given in advance and no support needed on-site. On negative side : bed slats had problem (not broken but disengaged from bed when sitting on it). Layout of flat was so so and appearance of decoration seems out of date.

This is a very suitable B&B for a family of four for a city walk. The Kuromon Market is downstairs, and it is very convenient to take the subway to any tourist attraction in Osaka.

Two double beds can accommodate 4 people, and you can cook your own meals. There is also a small balcony. However, the sheets and quilts are not hygienic enough. After sleeping for one night, the whole chest, back, neck, arms and legs were itchy the next day. I went to the drugstore to buy allergy medicine and applied it, but it didn't work.
