The location was great, and we enjoyed the proximity to Namba / Dotonbori, but the quietness of being a little bit removed. However, I did think that the facilities were not as good as advertised - while the lounge was excellent and we enjoyed the open space, the children's area was to be honest, a glorified room with a ball pit, appropriate for children around 18 months and younger. Our five year old didn't even want to try going in because she knew that it would not interest her at all. Perhaps something for older children like a game console or even a TV would be better?

I liked the accommodation on my first trip to Osaka, so I rebooked, but the room was the same size, but the room I was assigned was right next to the elevator and smaller than the room I first stayed in, so I wanted a different room.
I didn't like the curt face and attitude of the information desk lady who didn't say anything.
I also showed her the reservation number I had planned to stay in. She didn't say anything like that room was currently unavailable, and just handed me the card key to another room without saying anything, which made me feel bad.

The biggest advantage is that the room is large enough, apartment-style, so the facilities in the room are complete and suitable for long-term stay.
