너무 친절하고 좋아요 시설도 만족스럽고 깨끗해요 방 컨디션도 너무 좋고 좁지 않아요 욕조도 있고 너무 만족스럽네요 직원분들이 너무 친절해서 다음에 오사카 온다면 이 곳에 계속 머무르고 싶어요 왜 다른 숙소로 옮겼는지 지금 후회중이예요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 마지막으로 카운터에 체크아웃 연장하면서 휴대폰을 놓고 주변 편의점에 있었는데 어떻게 아셨는지 여직원분이 돌아다니시면서 찾아주셨어요 진짜 너무 감사해요 일본어 몰라서 당황했는데 진짜 너무 감사합니다 아리가또 고자이마스 !!!! ❤️

Very good hotel, within a 10-minute walk from JR Tennoji Station. The convenience store next to the hotel is also very convenient. The front desk staff of the hotel are very enthusiastic and will let the guests choose the date when they need to be cleaned if they stay for multiple days in a row. You can pick up disposable toiletries by yourself at the front desk, and there is also a microwave water machine (which can make ice) that you can use at will. The public hot spring on the first floor is also free (that is, the time for women to soak in the hot spring can be optimized, and it is for women from 19 to 21 o'clock. At this point, people who come to travel are basically still outside. They can only choose to go to the hot spring at 8-10 am. The best time for men to go to the hot spring is 21:15-24:00). The room is not big, but it has enough space and all the necessary facilities, including a refrigerator. You can also store your luggage after leaving the hotel. It is a very cost-effective hotel. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Osaka.

房間比大阪的大一些 很乾凈

I stayed in Osaka for eight nights and stayed in five hotels. The Smile Hotel Tennoji was the last one. Overall, it felt like the best of the five hotels: Management was in place, clean and tidy, hygiene was meticulous, there was no dead corner, there was a free hot spring, the service was warm and thoughtful, the location was moderate, the room size was acceptable (it felt slightly larger than other hotels with the same size, and the bed width of 1.40 meters was more suitable for two people), there were paid laundry and drying services (100 yen each/time), free micro stoves, tourist information services, etc. Although it is a 3-star hotel on Ctrip, I feel that it is much better than the other three 4-star hotels I stayed in. In addition to breakfast, perhaps some more Western food should be added.

櫃檯服務態度很好，但房間有設備稍微有點老舊，房間空間很小如果2個人入住活動會很不方便，使用訂房平台預訂入住為假日個人覺得費用有點太貴了
