There is a little noise from the railway next to it, which is okay. There is a subway station nearby and it is very convenient to go anywhere. The room is not big, but I spend most of my time playing outside. I take a shower and go to bed when I come back. It is highly recommended to visit Osaka with friends.

Easy to check in with the instructions given! Replies from the staff online was very fast as well. The place was clean, and able to do laundry. Around 10 min walk to umeda station.

We stayed here for one night without meals to go to Universal Studios Japan. The price was cheap and it was close to Osaka Station, just one road away.
Our family of four was able to relax in a double bed.
