When I flushed the bath water, water leaked from the toilet drain and flooded my feet. I was also shocked when I received a call from the hotel saying that I had not yet checked out, even though I had checked out in person.
They are available until late at night, so I recommend it after coming back from Universal Studios. There were plenty of amenities.

When I checked in, the machine was not working properly, but the staff was very friendly and I didn't mind the machine malfunction at all. Also, I was surprised to see that they gave me coffee and coins next to the front desk, but I was able to choose one drink from the vending machine for each person, so I felt like I got a good deal.
