I stayed here on a business trip. It's an apartment-style room, but the interior was clean and simple, yet very new and very clean. The Wi-Fi was also quite good for this class of accommodation, which was very helpful.
There aren't many restaurants nearby, but there is a convenience store nearby. I would consider staying here again if I have a business trip.

We spent a great time in Minimalist Loft! It was very clean and has all that we need. The location is good (20 minutes walking to Dontobori and 15 minutes to Shinshekai). Definitely we would came back again there 😁 thank you so much!

This was a nice place to stay, some of the room was a bit older and outdated but overall a good stay and very convenient area.
Safety was a bit of a concern as previous tenants could enter and we had an incident occur during check in when leaving our luggage and our room door was unlocked with our “protected” luggage inside.
