It's not a hotel, it's just a regular house Airbnb
I had a really hard time from the first day
I was taking my kids with me
and I made a mistake in booking the room so I requested a cancellation
but they had no intention of doing it.. First of all, it didn't fit
and they arbitrarily changed it to a different room than the one I booked
and when I asked for the password in front of the hotel door, they asked me if I wanted to cancel
and shivered in the cold for an hour in front of the door with my kids
