comfiest bed and pillow,everything was very clean too,we love the smell of the hotel and that there are brolly down at the apartment to borrow in the event that jt is raining.also supermarket,food street and plenty of food around.we will highly recommend this place to anyone whos coming to osaka.

Great place to stay. Clean, lots of space and well sound proofed from other neighbours. Slight noise from the traffic outside, but it's to be expected.

This is one of our most comfortable hotel/airbnb stay in the whole of our Japan trip. We have been to Osaka 3 times for 5-7 days stay and this is by far the best, affordable stay. Room is really clean and new. Towels are fluffy and soft. Great shower taps with micro adjustment for water temperature. Heated water comes out consistently. (Comparing with some reputable hotels), no cold water burst during shower. Awesome! separate shower and bathtub, big plus point. Washing machine function well, balcony for drying clothes. Room looks like what’s advertised and way better than expected considering the price. Big, comfortable, enough space for couples. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash are of good quality, not drying. Beds are really comfortable, comforters keep use warm enough. Pillows are not too high or hard. Curtains are not the total blackout kind, so bring eye mask if you’re a light sleeper but normal sleeper like my husband can sleep through the early morning sunrise with no issue. I slept really well even though I am a very light sleeper. Close to train station. Met the staffs on our first day and very friendly and helpful. Highly highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again when we visit!

It is very convenient to get to the hotel from Kansai Airport. You only need to take the Nankai Express to Tenkachaya Station and transfer to Naga Horibashi Station. Then walk for a few minutes and you will reach the hotel. Due to traffic reasons, you will arrive at the hotel late. Customer Service The staff still responded patiently and assisted us to get to the hotel. I am very grateful to the hotel for the considerate staff🫶🏻, which made the whole trip a comfortable  experience

A quiet hotel in a busy city with good value for money. It is very convenient to cook by yourself, but it is a pity that there are not enough tableware. There are many surprises hidden in the shopping street next door. There are many century-old shops~ I was lucky to see the red leaves🍁

The room is relatively large for a Japanese hotel. It is very clean and has new facilities. There is even laundry detergent, induction cooker, microwave oven and washing machine. The hotel is located at Matsuyamachi Station, only two stations away from Shinsaibashi Station. The location is good. The room also has a washing machine and balcony, which can be used. But the only drawback is that the hotel arranged for us to stay in a room on the top floor. The whole room was hot and could not cool down. It was very stuffy and hot. Also, it is recommended that the hotel can put tissues, toothbrushes, etc. in the self-service area for self-pickup. It is not enough but there is no one to ask for them, which is quite troublesome.

Very good. The hotel is clean and tidy. All facilities are available. It is as comfortable as home. Everything is so beautiful. 😊 The washing machine and vacuum cleaner are very easy to use. Especially the shampoo smells good. I really want to buy some back. I have searched many drugstores but couldn't find it.

It is a self-service B&B with spacious rooms and complete facilities. It takes a while to walk to the surrounding popular areas. The sound insulation is average. The check-out time is a bit early, and there is no suitable reception desk to wait after check-out. However, based on the price, it is acceptable.

Trip.com did not send me the apartment entrance password via email, so it took me almost an hour just to call the staff and get in. In addition, unlike the rating of 4.8 points, it was very inconvenient because you had to go more than 5 minutes to nearby amenities. It was also ridiculous that they asked me to pay extra for cleaning or towels. There are many other good hotels, so I recommend booking elsewhere.
