The location is good and the apartment is spacious for Japan.
We were given a room at street level and the headboard is attached to the outside wall, which means you have cars, motorbikes and people passing by a metre and a half from your head while you are trying to sleep, which is quite terrible.
On the other hand, the cleanliness was conspicuous by its absence, far below all the other apartments or hotels we had visited. The floor, cupboards, doors, sink, everything was dirty and covered in dust and the shower was clogged by accumulated hair. Much room for improvement.

The place is nice, the location is good, the room is large, and the price/performance ratio is very good. The hotel customer service responds quickly and can communicate in Chinese, which is a plus. The only drawback is that there is no front desk service and you cannot leave your luggage before checking in.

The place is good, is not small, is enough. Is very clean. The location is not bad, close to the big hub of places and trains Namba. You can walk to the river to see the touristic Dotenbory, or walk to the street market of Kurotama.
There is no service, so you cannot leave your luggage obviously. But this added to the extremely early check-out time of 10:00 creates an inconvenience.
The bed is just ok, but the pillows are horrible. The cheapest of IKEA, nothing inside, and I asked for the room that in the pictures showed different cushions, but the reality was not the same as the pictures. So if you need a more or less good pillow, and some cushions for your back and legs like I do, do not come here, you will wake up with pain even on your hair.
