Lite House Shinsaibashi IV Reviews

The location is very good, close to metro station which is 5 mins away and 15 mins to popular Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi streets for shopping and dining. Also if you book your tours on Trip app the pick up location is 12 mins walk away and 35 mins via train to Universal. However, we didn’t like our stay at this hotel, since renovation is still ongoing, and the hotel looks very depressing from outside and inside. I know it’s an affordable place but still it looked like a very poor dorm. The service Representative was very nice and answered all our questions right away. The mattress and pillow in the room were extremely hard and hard to sleep on. I recommend finding another place for the same price.

Quick response when i sent message to ask. Long chair is not stable for sitting. Need to fix it.

There is a kitchen for us to cook, it is comfortable. It’s near Nagahoribashi station.

Clear instruction was given prior our self check in. The apartment look ages at outside bt the room is comfortable and big enough for family stay.

5-10 minute walk from nearest subway exit. walkable from dotonbori as well. room was clean and cosy for three.

It’s great overall for the price we paid

It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Shinsaibashi. There are 7-11, Lawson and Tamade supermarket nearby. It takes only about 5 minutes to walk to Nagahoribashi Station.

The room is very good, the space is large enough, the supplies are sufficient, it is only 5 minutes to walk from the Qiangju Bridge, the transportation is also very convenient, there are convenience stores nearby, shopping is also very convenient

The location is very good, the subway station is five minutes away, the facilities are complete, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, tableware, very convenient, self-check-in is also very interesting. The only problem is that the hygiene is a bit inadequate, there is a lot of dust on the bedside and countertops, I have allergic skin and I keep sneezing.

The hygiene is average, the room is not big and the bed is not small. It's about an 8-minute walk from the nearest supermarket, a 15-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Daimaru, and several subway lines nearby, but not close. I won't choose this location again, it's too far to walk. I specifically asked if it was still being renovated, and the customer service said that it was finished. In fact, it was not. There was a smell when entering the corridor, but the room was fine.

The room is poorly soundproofed. At night, I could hear cars passing by, people chatting in the next room, doors closing outside, and children making noises. I couldn't sleep.

This is a homestay. The hardware inside is very, very good, showing a typical Japanese style. The refrigerator, washing machine, and dishes are very clean, tidy, exquisite, and pleasing. After staying here for a week, it feels like staying in my own home for a week, even better than staying in my own home for a week. Go out every day, come back at night to wash clothes, and dry them on the balcony. Everything seems so natural and comfortable. The only surprise is that the exterior and corridors of this hotel are under renovation, so the feeling of walking in is not very good, and it is a little messy. Only when you walk into the room do you feel that it is worth the price. If the store can see the review I wrote, I want to say that the water outlet of our shower head, that is, the position of the left and right handles, is a little leaky. When you are taking a shower, you can find that water is leaking from the pipe joint. It is very close to Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori and the subway station. I think I will come again next time.
