Osaka Hotels with Gym

Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.

We stayed 4 nights at Sheraton Miyako Hotel, Osaka during 28-30 May & 2-4 June 2024. The room is relatively spacious and has all the required stuff like toiletries, coffee machine, fridge, etc. Staff is helpful and attentive. Check-in is really fast. Location is great with Kansai Airport Limo Bus from T1 or T2 to hotel doorstep. There are 3 subway lines below the hotel. Next to the hotel is 2 big shopping centres with lots of food option.

The hotel is located at a very good location, with shopping malls, a lot of food options and train station within short walking distance. The hotel staff are also friendly and helped us with our luggage forwarding. The hotel also provides coffee, tea, toothbrush, comb and other amenities. Will choose this hotel again for next visit.

Hotel located right above the Takashimaya mall and train station. The hotel is very accessible to shopping area and train service. Definitely is good place to stay with family. Check in staff can communicate in English easily.

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

Hotel is conveniently located above a subway station. Exit 3 takes you directly to the hotel lift lobby. I arrived before check in time and deposited my luggage before relaxing at their cozy lounge adjacent to the front desk. Hotel offers each guest a welcome drink, which can be selected from a dispenser of red wine, white wine, sake, juice and sangria. Room is clean and size is decent for 2 persons. Check out was fuss free with the self service machines where you just have to insert room cards to complete the check out process.

Wonderful 5 nights stay! Rooms were huge and amenities provided were sufficient. Individually pack pieces of items. Front desk are polite. Thank you.

Room is abit dark. Good with washing machine and dryer. Location is great, family Mart and 7-11 nearby. Walking distance to metro station. Shopping mall just nearby with many food and stalls.

Location, facility, hospitality, food and etc everything was so perfect! Especially a man named Don from the bell desk, he was so kind. He carried my luggage to the bus stop and helped me with purchasing bus tickets to the airport. I would definitely visit Hilton if I have a chance to visit Osaka again.
