They just deceive, the air conditioning didn't work as before, no matter how much they say that before giving a room they check it thoroughly, they gave us a room that wasn't in good condition and they knew it, they still don't care, all they want is to fill it and make you pay. It is easy to tell when you see that the wood under the air conditioner is raised from how wet it is from previous times… When we wanted to make the claim they told us that we would first contact loyalty and they would compensate us for everything we had been through, and the compensation is a small discount if we book a holiday with them again, has it been the worst holiday of my life and they want us to pay them again??? The food is not varied at all, every day the same for breakfast, the same for lunch and the same for dinner and the queues to go to eat are the worst… The parks are old and not very clean… Some of the children’s water slides were half loose.
