Very suitable for bringing children, 4 people are very generous, twins are very sleepy and 2 people are very generous. Free parking. Breakfast is good in a similar hotel in the United States. Do not compare with domestic 5 star hotels. The category is more American. Chinese stomach cautious

Royal Pacific Resort never disappoints. Another 23 night stay and it was perfect. From the moment you step into this hotel you are warmly welcomed throughout, from the Valet Guys to the ladies who look after your rooms, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The resort is immaculately clean throughout in all public areas and our room was cleaned exceptionally well every day we were there. The King Suite is a good size, beds are very comfortable and bathroom products are nice. We always had plenty of towels and products replenished daily and turndown service were exceptional too. Very special thanks as always to Raymond, Marian and Andrea. The Club Lounge is a jewel in the crown of this hotel. The staff go above and beyond for you and welcome every guest like a friend. The food is replenished regularly and everything is kept clean and tidy. Staff are the best. Alex, Daniel, Raphael, Jen, Tory, Caitlyn, Kayleen, Trisha, Mitchell, Jordan, Hailey, Gia, Sophia and Tamara are all simply wonderful and we can`t thank them enough for looking after us so well. And the lovely Wellington as it is always a pleasure to chat to him. Bell services are wondefful and again look after you so well. Milton and Rob are two of the nicest gentlemen you could ever hope to meet and it`s always a pleasure to talk to them if they have the time. Samuel Martineau is always wonderful and at the front desk Katie, Cornell and Asha were very helpful and so friendly when we needed anything. Special thank you to Egle for her kindness. And nice to see Daniel from Valet again, he always remembers us. Orchids Lounge is another place that is always amazing. Ty, Colby and Mariella are so lovely and the sushi is among the best in the area. Fresh, tasty and original. Bula Bar was also a place we enjoyed this visit during some pool time. Food was excellent and the pool area was immaculately clean and the staff around the pool are very nice and again, make sure everyone is ok. The buffet lunch Island put on during the hurricane was also good and Elena looked after us well too. Tuk Tuk we used for the first time this trip and the food we purchased was fresh and tasty and staff were nice. The Express Pass is a wonderful perk of staying at this hotel, and the proximity to the parks is second to none, a short 7 minute walk takes you to IOA or you have the boats which run regularly and get you there in a few minutes. Royal Pacific Resort is one of our two home aways from home, there is nowhere better for us and we have so many reasons to keep coming back to this wonderful resort. The actions of all staff during the Hurricane were amazing. They looked after everyone so well and we felt completely safe and looked after during the couple of days it was around us. We were so grateful to Samuel, Jen and Sophia when we needed some help to change flights and extend our stay due to Hurricane Ian, they made the process so much easier. If you`re thinking of booking this hotel, g

We stayed here in August 24 - we originally were saying at Beaches Turks and Caicos you can ready my review on that place - it was so bad we got flights to Orlando and booked into the Hard Rock Hotel. This hotel is the closest to the parks and - we have stayed at Portfino Bay a few years ago and they have different qualities both hotels are great. We liked the Hard Rock for how close it was to the parks 5 min walk plus the staff were extremely friendly which made out stay magical. They have an amazing swimming pool which is welcomed after a day at the park - they have a big screen that comes down and you can watch movies pool side. If you are thinking of booking here I would say go for it - we will be returning! Thank you Hard Rock and all the amazingly happy staff!

Excellent location and very convenient for anyone visiting Universal Studios. Pools are a must and the hotel is very friendly overall. Highlights: airport shuttle (paid, Universal ShuttleStar), bus transportation to Citywalk all day every couple minutes (included), park early entrance (included), pools open till 10pm, market and Starbucks in the lobby. And, the biggest plus for me was the fact that they don’t have a strict check in rule: as long as they have a room available, you may check in (if you’re traveling in crazy hours with kids, this makes all the difference!).
Staff is great, very friendly and helpful despite the hotel being very busy at all times.
Rooms are clean - you don’t get service everyday but you can ask for anything and they leave you at your door. Again, despite the hotel being very crowded, kids running everywhere, everything was clean at all times.
Will definitely stay again.

Loved the ability to store my luggage before check in, and use the complimentary shuttle to visit Universal Studios during the day. Received complimentary warm cookies and bottled water at check in! Made the start of my stay at Double Tree great!

Check-in Experience: Upon arrival, check-in was seamless and efficient. However, I was disappointed to find that parking came with an additional charge—an inconvenience I reluctantly accepted. That said, this is really my only significant complaint. Room: The room itself was quite basic but exceptionally clean. While housekeeping did miss our scheduled 7-day bed linen change, they were otherwise thorough and attentive. I have no complaints regarding the cleanliness or upkeep of the space. Pool Area: The pool area, especially in the evenings, was a highlight of our stay. The pool was maintained at a comfortable temperature and was spacious enough to accommodate plenty of guests. We never had an issue finding a sun lounger, and the late-night swims after a day at the parks were a real treat. Location: The location was ideal—much better than I initially expected. Though I was concerned we might be too far up International Drive, it turned out to be quite convenient, particularly with its proximity to I-4. Complimentary Shuttles: The complimentary shuttle service was outstanding. We never waited more than five minutes, and it was a great convenience to leave the car behind, especially if we wanted to enjoy a drink while out. Dining: I approached the on-site food court with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised by the quality. In fact, the meals here were better than some of the ones we had along International Drive. Overall In summary, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it as a no-frills, basic resort. It’s not a luxury destination, but it is clean, well-maintained, and staffed by friendly professionals. A solid, reliable accommodation option.

Stayed here again and really like the top floor of this hotel. We booked 6 months in advance direct with the hotel for 15 nights and got a long term room rate. we have stayed before as i said so no surprises expected. Day of arrival: Arrived late and expected top floor with city view King Bed. (Which we booked and paid for). We would have liked park view but we where turned down a few times by phone before we arrived. We where told once we gave the name that we had a hi room not top floor as they where ”first come first served”. i said we had booked a top floor king room to which the lady behind the counter said there was a ”first come first served” policy again! My wife was not happy as we had booked and paid for this direct and had an email to prove the fact and was about to lose all reason, Then a lady called Jess stepped in to sort the situation out. Jess did a bit of running around the building and came back with the room we requested, if management are reading this Jess sorted this out very quickly and very professionally give the Lady a raise. The room 2110 had great views of some of the parks in the distance, disney / epcot / volcano bay, fire works every night at 10pm. Also a great place to watch the evening storms come in. Fridge and microwave, water comp, tea and coffee faculties also. Very clean, i credit this to our room service Lady Cathrine who was very attentive to our needs over the two weeks. Again this lady deserves a raise. The pool bar Its fine, they dont bother pouring your drink if you buy for instance a coors light, it comes in a can and unless you as for it you usually dont get a plastic cup with it. (Strange) no table service in the pool area. there food consists of Pizza (no bad to be fair) nachos, turkey sub etc, staff seem more interested in watching the NFL on the 3 screens than attending customers, not a great place to relax after a long day in the parks. needs a little push. Very clean area. Small bug bears: One chair in the room and one office chair, if you want to relax in the room you have to use these two seats, i did ask the front desk early on for a second chair for the room but they said there is only one chair per room. funny like i said we have stayed here previously and the rooms did come with two chairs and a coffee table. the man behind reception said he would look into getting another one but never bothered to come back to us. some of the staff behind the reception are pure cannon fodder and some do excel at the job they have been given. The area Universal has opened up there two hotels across the road which is a welcome sight after they shut down wet and wild a few years ago. The area between kirkman and the Mcdonalds further down the road has really suffered with covid, lot of places shut down and others wanting for staff. the usual food and shops available locally, Red lobster, KFC, applebees, dennys, subway, and other junk food out lets to destroy your digestive sys

The hotel's privacy is very good, the waiters at the entrance are very enthusiastic, the lobby is full of gorgeous Italian opera, and the hotel is very large. It takes a short distance from lobby to our room, but it is more convenient to check out directly by text message. . We entered the hotel early in the morning and directly stored our luggage. We took the water bus outside the hotel and went to Universal Studios. There was no delay. We received the hotel's text message to inform us of the room number at 3pm. The small mistake was that the room card that was applied for in the morning could not be opened at night, and the husband returned to the front desk very hard to re-apply for a new room card and then returned to open the door. Remember to check if there is a complete bar code and check-in date on the room card. This is used as the basis for express. We were told there was a problem after entering the park the next day. It took half an hour to find someone. It was very troublesome. Attention!

This was my wife's and I 2nd stay at the Aventura hotel. We had a great time .Was better than the first time (last yr)(some door and i-pad problems ). The views from the rooms and the top floor are breath taking views of the parks and the surrounding areas. Always very clean but could use larger waste containers in elevator halls or main lobby. maybe recycle bins also. You can take the Bus to the parks or go next door and ride the water taxi's. Defiantly looking to stay here again.

GGuest UserThe stay experience was generally up to standard until I realised that room cleaning was only provided on demand and then put in my request at the concierge on Day 3. The lady at the concierge was cold and not helping to say the least. She kept telling me room cleaning requests must be submitted by 9am, which I think is quite inconvenient and unfriendly for leisure travellers. She reluctantly agreed to help me change towels and toiletries in the end. It’s quite funny because they ha be this slogan sign on the wall saying “if there’s anything wrong with your stay, let us know and we’ll make it right”. Apparently the lady didn’t want to make it right for me.

XXIWEICome and rush to forget to take pictures and see the text. The overall environment of the hotel is good, consistent with the picture, the living is very comfortable, more suitable for self-driving, the hotel is relatively small, but the room is large and clean. Opposite the hotel is a lake with a nice view. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor swimming pool, which is experienced, small and clean, and there are children to play there. The hotel has its own breakfast, and it seems that a few hotels are still very rich, you can make waffle. The hotel has its own washing machine dryer, which can be used for direct payment with a credit card, as well as washing powder. Free orange water and lollipops are available at the front desk. There is a mall near the hotel, the distance is very close, and it takes about 12 minutes to walk. The 711 walk takes about 15-20 minutes. This road is very desolate. It is not recommended to walk at night. We didn't drive, we went to the amusement park to be lyft, about 25 knives to Disney, and about 10 knives to the universal resort. One of the places to eat nearby is the restaurant and food court in the mall, or take a taxi to eat around. We stayed in a Chinese restaurant called u&me for three days, really delicious, about 8 knives, recommended Everyone goes, there is milk tea next to it. Overall, the price is good and the hotel is very new.

NNameGoogleRecommend staying as it is not far from all the attractions. Get 1 morning and 1 evening shuttle to Universal and it is about $10 for a lyft to the drop/pickup location. $24 to the airport and $20 to international drive and down town. Breakfast was alright but convient before leaving in the morning.

GGuest UserI had the pleasure of meeting a great host today. He checked me in with a smile and told me to grab breakfast while I waited for the room. He also made sure when we had a problem with the room that everything was made better. I appreciate people that go above and beyond for their guests. We felt at home here. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Great location and caring staff. Everyone says hello and are ready to help. Putting a view from the room in review.

GGuest UserThe hotel service is very good and very kind. Even if I don't speak English well, I will patiently tell me how to walk to the outlets. Let the hotel walk to the outlets for half an hour. There is a free shuttle to Universal Studios, but Disney does not. Breakfast is very rich, from 6 to 10 o'clock, you can't sleep too late when jet lag, otherwise you miss it! In addition to the sound of the air conditioner, the facilities are a bit loud, and there are many special restaurants around. It is more convenient to drive by yourself. Hot water, free Wi-Fi, everything is fine!

吴吴The standard room can accommodate three adults. The price is very beautiful and the location is very good. A taxi to Universal Studios can cost up to six knives, and you can also take a bus, which is very many. It's also easy to go to Sea World. That is, the service charge of $ 2.50 for Ctrip was included in the order in the room overnight. I originally wanted to ask Ctrip, I was too lazy to ask, and told the front desk that our English was not good, and they had to charge it. Also, remember to bring a US credit card with the deposit, I listened to a lot of cash. The deposit was refunded without my being confused and unclear. In short, I think it's a good value, and around 300 is really good in Orlando.
