Hotels in Lake Bryan, Orlando

On arrival, my reservation could not be located. This was resolved after a 20 minute wait. Was awoken at 06.00 am by the occupiers of the next room who were screaming and cursing and the child was obviously in distress. I reported this to front desk who informed security. In check out, I spoke with security who confirmed they had done a walk round the floor and had not heard any noises. I subsequently spoke with the hotel manager to confirm the circumstances. I further reported to him that I had been charged for parking when my reservation had included this. I requested a refund of this due to my inconvenience and he agreed (but told me the refund wasn’t for my inconvenience as the noise issue was out of his control but rather because he was a nice guy!!)

Overall stay was good. Staff was excellent, willing to help, and courteous. Rooms and hallways were okay. Beds were kind of short. Breakfast was okay with normal food served. Yogurt had been frozen along with muffins and etc. Pool was good but not enough lounge chairs for everyone. Hot tub was nice and hot but the jets didn’t work making it more a hot pool. I would definately stay there again. No major issues and great staff.

Booked this spot as a place to stay for a convention as vendors, so we had a looot of luggage. Front desk was extremely helpful not only with our room assignment but holding our luggage. This was around Christmas time and it was decorated very cutely. Lots of entertainment, will definitely consider rebooking for next year’s travels!

The trip was excellent, spacious room & hall. Clean and tidy. We enjoyed the stay even though it was only 1 night.

New Year’s self-driving trip, the location is 20 minutes from downtown Orland and 5 minutes from Disney. As the US states are still in the epidemic, hotel disinfection and sanitation measures are strict, and check in is quick. The hotel rooms are renovated (hope that the website can update the pictures), with swimming pools, gyms and other facilities, suitable for business, family, and couples vacation. Need to remind the hotel that parking costs another $17/night, overall satisfaction.

The villa hotel is very cozy, with complete laundry facilities, especially those with babies and the elderly The family is very suitable for staying in, because the kitchen is fully equipped and can cook by oneself, satisfying our Chinese stomach! :

Loved the view service at front desk were super nice and politely. I liked it so much I had to stay an extra night, even tho I knew my pockets said no but My heart said Yes. It was worth it. You have to experience it yourself and you will see......Thank you all for the wonderful service that made me feel for 2 nights like I was a Millionaire and that was just with good kindness heart. The location is good. It's very convenient to go to Disneyland. The environment and services are very good. My child lost a stuffed dog. When the hotel found it, two people came to deliver it to the room. I will choose here next time.

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, with premium outlets and supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Will stay in if travel to Orlando next time.

We checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Definitely going back!!
