Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown

The check-in experience was a little unpleasant as we arrive after 12am due to flight delay and the front desk was empty. Thanks to existing guest coming out hence we were able to be let in to sit and wait for the front desk at the lobby. Turns out the person was away on toilet break. Perhaps a sign would had kept us aware. We later found out the front desk was in the toilet from the security. We have a few other people all waiting for check in or for the valet parking.  What has done well obviously is the locked door that only access card can be let in and also the security making rounds. This had certainly boost my confidence of the security of this hotel.  I am also impressed by the cleanliness and space of the hotel room. All in all, happy with my stay even though online booking photos was artist impression.

A great hotel in downtown Orlando. With a valet parking on site. Hitel is near mist restaurants and not very far from Dr Phillips Centre for arts. AHotel room are very clean and modern. Chexk in was very breezy. They also have a coffee shop next door. Clean rooms.

Clean room & Hot shower Everything was perfect at our stay. Room was clean & the water got hot! Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely stay her again.
