As evacuees fleeing Hurricane Milton, we were treated with kindness and compassion. 5 nights away from home in this safe and beautiful hotel. Many thanks and multiple kudos to Gabi and Giancarlo at the front desk, along with management staff Desiree and all personnel we encountered.

We love this hotel. This was our third stay here and each stay has been a very positive experience. We stay here to go to a local prosthetic provider as it is very conveniently located to that facility and everything else in Orlando. The two bedroom suites are very spacious and provide lots of large drawers and closet space for clothes. Having a small stove and refrigerator in the room makes it possible to eat some meals in the room instead of having to eat out all of the time. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size and water pressure is good. The hotel is very quiet and the heavy drapes keep out the sun to keep the rooms cooler and dark for sleeping. There is a very nice, clean pool with lots of seating available. Breakfast is provided every morning. There is a coin operated laundry on site, as well as a small bar where you can purchase light food items and drinks. The hotel is very clean and well-kept. Above all their biggest asset is the staff. The staff is extremely pleasant across the board. They are always helpful when you have a question or a request, and always greet you when you return to the building. A great example of hospitality in a world that seems to have forgotten what that looks like. Thanks for another great stay!

Had a very nice stay. I told the Manager that I was continually amazed by the kindness and competence of the front office staff and the room attendants. She said "I recruit for personality and train for for skills." My family stayed there as the hotel is a very short walk from the Orlando Regional Medical Center. Their kindness helped our family at a very difficult time.. The room was spacious and the kitchen was well-equiped. The tv offerings gave us a lot of variety. The laundry room was large and had a folding table. I am a titanium elite member and have had a lot of experience with Marriott: this property is an exemplary show place for Marriott.

As a long-time Marriott resort owners and long-time (Titanium) Bonvoy cardholders, your hotel staff is a prime example of why we are loyal to Marriott. My son is traveling from Tampa to Orlando for a revision of an orthopedic surgery owing to a sports-related injury. His surgeon’s office recommended that he stay at your hotel, and we are glad he did! I spoke with Ramon (who I now am the GM) early on and asked to be put on a waiting list for a handicapped accessible two-bedroom suite – of which there is one among the eleven two-bedroom suites in the hotel – no problem, waitlist assured. My mistake was booking a room for a day later than our supposed to be arrival – again no problem, Maria took my phone call and accommodated the change in schedule. On arrival the front desk staff (Juan Carlos and Gabby) could not have been more accommodating in explaining the room availability (the two-bedroom two bath was occupied but not needed by us until the next day) and Juan Carlos showed us to an alternate for the first night – with patience and good humor I might add (heavy on the patience and heavy on the good humor!). As for accommodations the room/suite is clean, spacious and comfortable – I am especially impressed with the green-consciousness lighting control (key in a slot lights work, no key lights can’t be left on....great idea). Great priced, Convenience of home and friendly staff. I was there for 5 days, sounds like a long time, the rooms came with the basic necessities to make the place feel like home. I gotten the smaller room, but having the convenience of the kitchen, the laundry room, made the place feel like i could do most of things i do at home. Parking was really easy too, just get a permit and you could leave your beautiful camera zl1 without worry.

5 night stay and wish we could have been there longer. Excellent from arrival to departure. Thanks to Gabi, Desiree and Giancarlo at front desk. Kisses from our dog to Vivian in housekeeping. Beautiful decor updated for Halloween. Clean, quiet, nicely appointed rooms. Safely gated and well lit property; shared property with Hampton Inn. ($15 daily parking very low cost for Orlando these days). Manicured grounds with Fido House pet stations. Garbage cans regularly emptied. Standard fare for complimentary breakfast was fresh, plentiful and changes daily. Fresh "grab and go" fruit, yogurts, bottled water. Coworkers utilized the bar area for burgers and wings at night Snacks at front desk in lobby most nights. Multi lingual staff most pleasant, attired nicely and always wear name badges. Didn't use the pool, but appeared nice and clean with beautiful seating area. The Hubs used the gym every day. Though small, very new equipment in great working order. Somewhat walkable to restaurants, etc, though lots of street construction and hospitals updating next door. (you cannot hear this from your room) @towneplacesuitessodo

Wonderful on all accounts! Thank you to Gabi at the front desk and Desiree of management for a wonderful stay. Beginning as a business trip and staying for extra fun days, we could not ask for more. Beautiful newer property, very quiet, safe and secure, clean, well lit and nicely appointed. $15 daily parking fee the cheapest anywhere near downtown. Kind and engaging staff on all accounts. Excellent service. Good food with lots of restaurants nearby. Fun with Jack (the skeleton). We cannot wait to return. @towneplacesuitessodo

Our family decided to celebrate a birthday with quick overnight get away to Orlando's Universal Studios. At the last minute we reserved a room at TownePlace Suites Orlando Downtown. It was our first stay at any TownePlace Suites and it will not be our last. First, the check-in experience was exceptional, the lobby was tastefully decorated for Halloween and we even saw Jack Skeleton the new employee, LOL! We met Gabi at the front desk who was processional, friendly and explained what we needed to know about the property, parking etc. in detail. I shared that she and our daughter have the same name and we ere celebrating her birthday. Next, we checked into the room that was spacious, clean and well stocked with necessities in the kitchen area. We then left for the park. I could not believe it when we got back to the room that evening, Gabi and team left sweet treats in a gift bag for our daughter with a beautiful birthday card and handwritten note of heartfelt birthday wishes. This made the experience even better. The following morning we had a delicious breakfast that was made available for guests. The staff made sure the food was restocked and plentiful. Overall, the stay was short but very sweet. A huge thank you to Gabi and the rest of the staff for the warm welcome, we will return again. It's the little things that mean a lot.
