Very satisfied, very close to Florida Mall, convenient for eating, opposite a large supermarket, 7-8 minutes away from the bus terminal, where there is a bus to the airport, very convenient.
The hotel is clean, the room is large, there is free coffee, a gym and a swimming pool, and it is cost-effective.

I originally chose the hotel across the street and somehow accidentally chose the Palms. Same price different hotel altogether. Main AC must have been broken doors open to lobby and another side door broken off the hinges. Our room was decent and our ac did work. No breakfast. Our room was not what we ordered but the staff did work with us and got us what we needed.

The room itself was fine for the price I paid, it was close to lots of things to do and clean. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and willing to help if asked. The hot water didn’t work properly, the remote had no batteries in it and my room wasn’t cleaned the entire 3 day stay. I was only there to sleep and shower, so it wasn’t a huge deal. I would stay here again for the price.

I’m only rating the four out of five because of the hotel itself. It’s all right. The lady that checked me in was very nice and very accommodating. However, the housekeeping staff were extremely rude. The area itself is OK. You have a fast food close by within walking distance.

For a few nights stay, it was fine, staff friendly, clean rooms and bathrooms Mini fridge got too cold and froze the water and food, had to turn it down. It’s not a fancy hotel, but great to lay your head and sleep. Unlike previous posted, had wash clothes, no smells in the hallway and my deposit was refunded in 2 days
