Didn’t like the service they required deposit out of sudden which is not written while I was booking .
Was waiting in the lobby cause they didn’t allow to enter until we get paid deposit

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I arrived from the airport around 10pm.. went to check-in to find out there was no rooms available or they were dirty even though I had reservations for a room, and housekeeping doesn’t come back until the morning. There was 1 staff member in the front desk and couldn’t explain to me how they are booking reservations for people but no rooms available nor any staff to even clean the empty rooms that might be free. Then a person that came 5 minutes after me checked in, and gets a room. I flipped out, because howwwww does she get a room but I didn’t. She said her reservation was assigned with a room number. So I asked “ how in the hell are you supposed to book a room with a room number?” But she couldn’t explain that to me as well.. now it’s 11pm and I’m sitting in the lobby trying to figure out what hotel is available for me to book a room at this time.. absolutely ridiculous, horrible, unacceptable.. AND my refund doesn’t go back to my account for 7 business days..

El lugar está muy deteriorado, no se cómo una ciudad turística permite eso, pero no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Salieron cucarachas. Lo que si tiene es que esta en una excelente ubicación, tienes todo caminando. Es lo único que te puedo decir que vale la pena.

Horrendous!! Stay away! Rooms smelled, we had 3 cockroaches in our room. The TV didn't work. It was honestly the worst hotel I've stayed in. Wyndham and La Quinta should be embarrassed to have this hotel in their family of hotels!

No working elevator and the stairwell was very hot. The toilet was broke and would not flush at all. It was nasty and not worth the $117, especially with no toilet!
