You can cook, and Walmart is just a few hundred meters away, which is very convenient. The sofa bed is also large and can sleep two people. The hotel is in a great environment, with a large lake and artificial beach, and the swimming pool is also very convenient. The only problem is that the air conditioner is very loud, which is not the case with many hotels we stay in.

Hilton Vacation Club Grand Beach in Orlando has a very beautiful property. The resort really isn't that big however it is packed with beautiful scenery and access to a lake in which you are able to fish in. My truly only and biggest downfall about this resort is that their resort fees are extremely high for extremely low amenities. Also the parking is $25 per day. Besides that there were a few activities for children to do although I did not see many children there. Access to canoeing and fishing is available.

We were very pleased with the staff, cleanliness, amenities, and location of this Hilton resort. Brought our two year old great granddaughter and she loved it. Swing sets, slides, monkey bars; lots of things for her to play on and very close to the Disney amusement parks and of course, shopping and eating. Airport was only twenty minutes away. Rooms were large and kitchen was well arranged including an ice maker.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom units, these units are the best. Plenty of space for 8 people to spread out, in unit washer & dryer. Plenty of closet space and pantry space. We cooked breakfast all week and a few dinners. Full kitchen made it simple. Their pool was nice and warm, a salt water pool, with a jacuzzi and kids pool. The Pool is closed if there is lightning within 10 miles. which was almost every afternoon the week we were there. The playground is ample and games in the courtyard was so enjoyable for the kids. The lake was so pretty and calming to sit and look out. Didn't see any gators nor snakes, just lizards and birds. Staff was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked a 3 bdrm suite, got a two bdrm with connecting room which was perfectly fine. nice and roomy. Check in - associate was nice but the lead was gruff. Cold water Handle of tub in master was broken. Washing machine in room stalled with clothes still in the full tub of water. Had to remove by hand and wring out in tub. Dryers on main level did not work well. Maintenance was supposed to replace but as we found out next day did not as same thing happened. No communication at all regarding the status. Very inconvenient. Unit was replaced next day but again no communication. Phones are marked incorrectly in room causing confusion. Elevator was not in great working condition and on day of departure it was not working. Had to carry all luggage down 5 sets of stairs.

Excellent stay for families. Cute and comfortable. Huge villa / condos. More than enough space for everyone. We stayed in a three bedroom condo on the third floor and had a balcony corner view of the man made beach with hammocks, walking trail and lake. Housekeeping / office staff and ground crews were very friendly and attentive. The pillows and mattresses were firm but not too firm. Perfect and I got a great night's sleep. Plenty of parking and if you're fortunate, you can snag a spot in the open air garage. Kitchen and appliances were top notch. There is a pool, etc. The only drawback were all the "Do not feed / be aware of alligators and snakes" signs along the pathways! This New Jerseyan stayed inside and let my Floridian brothers and sisters handle all that. Except for when we hit the Disney Park less than three miles away. Universal was super close as well. Go and enjoy!

Room was big and spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for family of 4 . Pools were nice size. Landscaping was beautiful. Staff were extremely friendly
