Aloft Orlando Downtown

Very close to the Kia Center. They only have valet parking service. There are no nearby parking areas. Overall clean and convenient.

I had been in contact with Aloft for a few days prior to our arrival because we were coming in early from a Disney cruise—with a hyper toddler and a grouchy grandma who doesn’t do well with early mornings. I asked if we could check in early, even for a fee, ideally around 11 AM. We actually ended up arriving around noon after mistakenly going to the wrong Aloft location 30 minutes away. Despite the hiccup, Ivy and Angel greeted us with warmth and professionalism. They quickly checked us in and ensured our two rooms were next to each other—exactly what we needed. This is the Marriott-level hospitality we’ve come to love! Our short stay here truly is a much needed lvacation from our vacation, and Ivy and Angel made all the difference. Their attentiveness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a potentially stressful arrival into a seamless and pleasant experience. These ladies are absolute gems!!!

This hotel is amazing - especially if you travel with your doggie! The GM & team are so kind & remember you which makes the stay so enjoyable. Louis & Jean are fabulous valet tenants as well!

The best part of my stay was the valet (John) and the bartender (Mallory). They were so attentive and made us feel at home. We stayed for two weeks and it was trying at times just being away from home for so long but they always greeted us with a smile and I felt like I didn’t have to worry about a thing in their presence. John opened my car door and loaded and unloaded all my bags. He wouldn’t let me carry a thing. He always asked how I was doing and if he could do anything for us. Mallory made sure I was taken care of with food and drink. She was so much fun to talk to and I was grateful for her company,

Great stay at the Aloft downtown Orlando. My room was upgraded and the service was outstanding. Alex in the Valet also hustled to make sure I got my vehicle quickly and safely. I will most certainly let be back for my next stay in Orlando, Florida.

I stayed at the Aloft in downtown Orlando for the Kylie Minogue concert at the Kia Center. The staff is the absolute kindest and well trained. From reception to housekeeping they were amazing. The hotel was modern styled . We stayed on the 7th floor room 711. Has a nice view. The room has a front office area with a TV another seating area where the bed is and another TV. The location is great for the Kia Center visits. You can walk but a ride is only 5 minutes.
