I went to The Fountains for my anniversary and IT WAS AMAZING! Sylvia went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was memorable. She was knowledgeable of the property and surrounding areas and she made our stay feel like we were family. Upon entering the room she created a beautiful balloon and towel arrangement shaped like a wedding cake. She stayed in touch with us to make sure we had what we needed as well. This anniversary was even more special because of the royal care and treatment we received. SYLVIA IS THE BEST!

This is a really nice place to stay. It’s clean the room is spacious and has a full kitchen. The property is beautiful and spacious. It has three pools. One of the pools is so fun and large. The staff is very kind. We really enjoyed being here. The walls seem pretty sound so we couldn’t hear too much. What was going on in any other room. Again the property is beautiful. We enjoyed walking around it. I just had a very nice time.

DON'T PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THE ATTRACTIONS FROM BLUEGREEN VACATIONS! THEY LIE ABOUT SKIP THE LINE PASSES. THEY SAID THEY MEAN SKIP THE LINE AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE PARK - THERE WAS NO LINE AT THE ENTRANCE! WE COULD NOT EVEN GET STRAIGHT INTO DISNEY WORLD, WE HAD TO GO TO GUEST RELATIONS AND WAIT IN LINE FOR A PHYSICAL CARD! WE JUST GOT HOME FROM OUR STAY OF 7 PEOPLE. WE WERE OVER CHARGED BY $441 FOR ISLAND OF ADVENTURE. WE PAID $182.12 PER PERSON AND AT THE GATE IS WAS $119 PER PERSON! VERY DECEPTIVE SALES PRESENTATION!

Se reservar este hotel pela RCI, prepare o bolso para pagar um extra por dia em dólares. Sem retorno e sem explicações do que se trata, a opção é pagar ou não entrar na unidade. Absurdo em se tratando da venda de comodidade, facilidade e acesso. O hotel é muito bom e bem localizado, mas a internet nunca funciona direito (prepare um bom plano de dados).

We had an issue the first night in our room. We were told that we may have to change rooms because of this which was definitely an inconvenience. Sylvia which is the hotel assistant manager went above and beyond to solve this problem! She not only made it where we could keep are handicapped unit, she made sure maintenance fixed another minor issue in our room. She came by a few times to check on us and left a lil treat. The fountains is a beautiful property where we will return to and enjoy more amenities. I will return for the service though. Thank you Sylvia from The Sanders!

This is not about our stay it’s about out review. We were lied to about the Hilton. They raised our maintenance fees $26,000 Shocked and disappointed They do not take care of their diamond owners

I have always loved Bluegreens never had issues before. This time around service was terrible. We rcvd a room woth a broken balcony door and old decrepid furniture. Then customer service was not professional. NOT VERY FRIENDLY. Inwill not be booking with Blue greens anymore. I was a customer for 8 years.
