Even though I arrived late, they treated me very kindly. However, the water pressure is poor on higher floors, so I think this will be helpful to keep in mind. Suitable for family travel.

Отель. Расположен в 5-10 минутах езды на авто до Парка Юниверсал. Пешим ходом не самый удобный маршрут. До центра города Орландо примерно 20-30 минут на авто. Рядом с отелем мало что есть, территории активно застраиваются. Вид из отеля красивый, особенно вечером - видно аттракционы парка Юниверсал с подсветкой. Есть бассейн и лежаки. Сам отель с обновленным ремонтом, все чистое и в светлых тонах. Номер. У нас были полноценные апартаменты на верхнем этаже, состоящие из гостиной, кухонной зоны со всем необходимым (включая плиту, посудомоечную, стиральную и сушильную машины), небольшого балкона с видом на Юниверсал Парк, спальни, большой ванной комнаты с ванной и душевой кабиной и отдельным туалетом. Номер очень комфортный, просторный и чистый. Постель удобная. Сервис. Все были дружелюбны, но никто не поздравил с Днем Рождения во время пребывания, хотя заранее был запрос. Знаю, что не все организации это делают, но, например, в Европе и арабских странах обязательно поздравляют постояльцев с Днем Рождения или годовщиной, поэтому было немного неприятно. Завтрак/питание. К сожалению, питание в этом отеле отсутствовало. Выручил только Старбакс, имеющий филиал на первом этаже этого отеля. У них можно заказать простой завтрак и получается довольно неплохо. Так же в 15 минутах ходьбы расположено несколько хороших ресторанов для обеда или ужина.

We had a few questions about our room, and Kayla was incredibly patient and helpful every step of the way. The room itself went above and beyond my expectations — clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place, but even more than that, I’d love for the managers to know how phenomenal the entire staff is. Kayla especially stood out with her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. This hotel is spotless and truly has everything you could need for a great stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall we had a really nice stay, mainly because the outdoor pool was heated as advertised. The room overlooked the pool which was nice, but we didn’t get the first floor as requested which would have been better given our families needs. When we arrived, the toilet handle was nearly broken, the whirl pool tub didn’t work and the tv remote was missing BUT they addressed all three issues immediately to which we were VERY impressed… I just wish we knew they were coming as we were a bit alarmed to see someone in our room. The room amenities were great too, in that we had a full kitchen and washer/dryer…very useful! A huge disappointment was that the outdoor bar was closed the entire week we were there, and they made it seem as if this would be open for use. It was also nice that they had an indoor coffee shop (with a cost), but the woman that worked there was EXTREMELY miserable, even rude! This surprised us as the other staff memories were nice. Obviously some pros and some cons, but the place was nice, clean and close to MANY fun activities and restaurants.

The manager Tiffany was very helpful and delightful to talk to. She’s been patient and understanding in the situation with helping me get my refund back from the hotel even though she could have just brushed the whole thing off as just another customer

Was told there was breakfast when booked. Kitchen wasn’t available. Bar by the pool also not open any of the 3 days. Hot tub was full of bugs. No towels kept at the pool. There is no daily housekeeping!! I’ve NEVER in my life stayed somewhere without housekeeping. Had to wait at front desk for toilet paper and towels. Daily fee of 11.95 for parking wifi and fitness. Not free as advertised from third party sites. Overall a very bad experience. I usually don’t write reviews but this one was impressionable.
