Grand Hotel Orlando at Universal Blvd

I sent a package from China to the hotel by DHL. A guy at the front desk checked me in and asked about the date of arrival of the package. He checked the records and said that there was no such package on that day or the day before and after. I wanted to see it, but he wouldn't let me. I said my name was written on the package, and he said that was not allowed. I said I had photos of the package, could you go in and take a look for me? He said there were too many packages and he couldn't see them. I said that my package couldn't be taken out, right? He actually asked me to call the courier company... The problem is that according to his logic, it's useless to just look at his piece of paper and the courier company says it has been delivered. I asked him what his name was and he said his name was ALLAN. The next day, another lady and gentleman at the front desk found the package successfully based on the photos I provided. I paid the fee. I hope the hotel management can improve.

The accommodation is clean, the hotel is good, the bed is soft, the air conditioner is cool and comfortable, but the bathroom door is a bit difficult to close. The breakfast is American style. It is near UNIVERSAL. Take UBER for about 5 US.
