Orlando, FL - International Dr

I felt racially profiled. I booked my room late that night and when I arrived the lady with the whit hair perturbing though her chin n a mole …. She was counting silvers with her back turned to us and she heard us saying goodnight n she never responded which was very rude. Then she proceeded to count money like she intentionally wanted us to wait. Then she comes to us and says she doesn’t know why ******* allowed me to book the room because they don’t have any rooms available. Then she says here this is the cancellation receipt call ******* to get a refund. She didn’t assist us with the call. I find it very hard to believe that the entire motel all of the rooms were booked. She look at me n my boyfriend like we were filth. We are from the Bahamas n we are never going back to Orlando n we will tell everyone on social media about our experience there at that motel 6.

Room smelled like smoke & there was even cockroaches. I shouldve left the moment I walked in the room but we decided to stay for the location. No hair blowdryer, no cabinets, extra tissues. Whenever you need something, you have to go to the front counter yourself and the the ladies were so rude. Pls stay away from this place if you don't want to get sick.
