Bom hotel, quarto com cozinha completa, espacoso, porem necessitando de modernizacao e reforma. Voltaria a ficar pelo tamanho do quarto com 2 suites, mas caso nao seja necessario, esse tamanho, daria preferencia a outra unidade do residence inn!

Shower is low pressure, not hot, and drips constantly onto the metal plate on the shower floor. It becomes maddening halfway through the night. We told the front desk and they said they were waiting on a part. So we piled towels under it to quiet the noise. Found a dead worm on the carpet when we checked in.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The warm welcome at check-in set the tone. The staff went above and beyond, recognizing my Marriott status and providing an upgraded room, as well as a nice treat bag. The room? Clean and spacious. The bed was quite comfortable. All the staff were quite hospitable and looked you in the eye to say hello every time they passed by. I did not use the gym or the pool, but I would recommend that you don't miss breakfast. There is a full range of restaurants very close by, I found the location to be perfect for my needs. Kim is a superstar, but I think she knows that. The rest of the staff is equally impressive.

Stayed 1 night on May 15. Great reception desk and buffet staff service! Samantha and Mr Lai were friendly and appreciative of us choosing to stay at this hotel as Bonvoy members. The staff at the morning buffet (great selection of food, including fresh fruits and 2 fresh fruit salads) did an excellent job greeting all guests, offering smoothies and removing used plates from the tables. Very spacious and clean suite and very reasonable price. Would definitely return here. 10/10 on everything! Although, free parking would make it a 11/10 experience.

Estadia incrível !
Ótimo hotel para viajar com família, local bem localizado, instalações em ótimas condições e muito confortáveis. Café da manhã OK, sem muitas opções, o horário do café é um pouco diferente do que temos no Brasil, a janela era entre 0600h e 0900h, porém, nada que prejudicasse a experiência.
Estacionamento disponível e sem cobrança adicional, o carro ficou nas proximidades do hotel e com fácil acesso.
Os principais parques ficam no máximo 20 min de distancia de carro.
O hotel também fica muito próximo dos principais outlets.
