No frills

Right from the start, we stepped into our room and were overwhelmed by a strong odor of cat urine. I’m allergic to cats and immediately began sneezing and experiencing watery eyes. We went downstairs to request a new room, and fortunately, the manager on duty was understanding and moved us. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there: • No luggage carts to be found! • The first room smelled like cat litter. • The second room's pull-out sofa had no sheets or pillows - just a comforter. • The phone was broken • The “market” offered little more than chips, candy, and ice cream. You need your room key to get into the market. • There was only 2 body washes and 1 conditioner in one shower and everything was empty in the second shower. • Dishes were dirty, no instructions how to use the coffee maker - I had to Google it. The coffee was awful! • Breakfast was extremely disappointing. It resembled a high school cafeteria - guests waited in a long line, while clearly frustrated staff plopped food onto paper plates. No smiles, no “good morning” - it was obvious they did not want to be there. Never again!

The room space was better than we thought, very convenient place near the main parks and outlets.
