Would give 100 stars if I could. Beautiful accommodation - clean, spacious and has all the household appliances you could need. Not sure how often housekeeping is as we don’t use it. There were soooo many towels and I just threw them in the washer when necessary. There is a washer and dryer - priceless for us. Fully functional kitchen. Fantastic walk in massive shower off main bedroom. The grounds are well manicured and spotless. Great position for all shops and all Disney Parks. Bit too far from Universal. Will absolutely definitely return here in the future.

Es mi tercera vez en este complejo, las habitaciones son hermosas, la ducha principal maravillosa. Pero lo que más quiero destacar es la limpieza, nunca recibí un departamento tan extremadamente limpio como en este lugar, todo impecable. Se debe destacar al equipo de limpieza. La atención en el front desk fue excelente , no recuerdo su nombre pero me atendió super bien un chico que estaba a la tarde, con el pelo largo( para que lo identifiquen) . La pileta del complejo, es muy linda y tranquila. Y si quieres algo más de hotel de súper lujo, solo caminas 5 minutos y estás en la enorme pileta del Marriott World center. Volvería siempre a este complejo para pasar mis días en Disney.

En general bien, nos tocaron las villas de planta alta por lo que el acceso con maletas era complicado, en temas de cocina faltaron algunas cosas, lo peor fue que encontramos cucarachas dentro de las habitaciones, concretamente 2 en la habitación principal, eso hace que nos quedemos con una idea desagradable, probablemente no volvamos a escoger esa propiedad cuando queramos ir a Disney World.

Another vacation club, all the usual high quality rooms with all the facilities provided in the room. Decent pool area, very limited gym so had to go out to Kissimmee muscle but you can use the larger gym from the other hotel close by. Nothing offered for kids really but the location is great for Disney and universal. Good stay
