Stayed in this hotel twice already. The room is clean and they have happy hour drinks. The hotel has facilities. The hotel is located in the downtown area. You can walk to many restaurants and it is not far from the park.

My recent stay at the Embassy Suites Orlando Downtown left me quite disappointed, primarily due to a significant oversight in basic room amenities. While I generally appreciate the Embassy Suites brand, this particular experience fell short of expectations. Upon checking into my room, I was dismayed to find a complete absence of both washcloths and bath towels. These are fundamental items one expects to be readily available in any hotel, especially one of Embassy Suites' caliber. Having to request these essentials after a long day of travel was an inconvenience and detracted from the comfort and ease of my stay. While the staff was not able to provide wash clothes or bath towels until day due to not having any available, the initial lack of such basic necessities was a notable letdown. It suggests a lapse in quality control or room preparation that needs to be addressed. I hope that the hotel management takes this feedback seriously to ensure that all guests receive a fully equipped and comfortable experience from the moment they check in.

My husband and I stayed the weekend of July 18th thru July 20th. We were in town for our granddaughter's engagement party. We loved the location within walking distance to our daughter's condo. The room was great. We had a long day on Friday so we ate at the bar, both bartenders were friendly and the food was great. The breakfast the next morning was good. Loved the coffee!. I would have given you 5 stars had we not been awaken at 7:30 AM on Saturday by a continuous pounding that didn't stop until my husband went down to the front desk at 8:30 AM to complain and he was told that they would contact engineering...it stopped immediately. Also, on Saturday wanting a snack before the party my husband went into the gift shop and got a 1.3 oz packet of pretzels and a 1.3 oz can of Pringles. He charged it to the room...which he had to fill out a slip to do...walked out of the shop...then realizing he was being charged almost $8.00 turned around and walked back in and asked that the room charge not be entered and the items returned. He was rudely told that there were no returns...when he complained to the front desk he was told there was nothing they could due as the gift shop wasn't a part of Embassy Suites. He maybe took 10 steps out of the shop before he went back in, there was enough time for the salesperson to enter the room charge. We understand that they are not part of Embassy Suiters...but they are on your property and should reflect the same customer service that is expected by Embassy employees.

Excellent service by the staff. Hotel is spacious, as always. Support staff is always helpful/ When there is a glitch, it is swiftly rectified. A special shout out to Dane, the manager, as he is always super helpful.

Spent three nights at the property for a nearby wedding. It's a full-service classic Embassy Suites with a large lobby bar/restaurant, all the rooms looking down into the lobby and very large rooms. The property had everything you'd expect from an Embassy Suites including the free hot breakfast. One issue was that one full set of elevators was inoperable and there were often long waits/queues for the elevators. If you have a car parking is across the street in a gated lot. The location is excellent - we were able to go for exercise walks each morning in the downtown area and there is a large park nearby.

Our entire experience was absolutely phenomenal! My fiancée, daughters, and I truly hated to leave — everything about our stay was perfect. The staff was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
