Just needed a place to stay for business and this was the right spot. Clean and quiet is all I needed but the staff make the cherry on top. They were very professional and kind. I will stay here again.

Really liked this place. It’s quiet and cute and everything you need for a night away. Went to UCF to meet some friends and a night out and came back to this clean and quiet property. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town for sure. They had a great staff and rate was exactly in my budget.

We chose this Marriott due to the convenience of being so close to University of Central Florida. The moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Brandon at the front desk. He was very helpful and it made for a wonderful late check-in experience. Brandon went above and beyond and because of this, this is going to be our go to go to hotel for all of our UCF trips. The entire staff is friendly in the room was clean. We enjoyed the bistro. Overall, great experience!

In spite of being a loyal Marriott customer for more than thirty years, this was the singular most unpleasant experience of them all. First, this Hotel facility is very difficult to find. Only a small sign on the main Road. Second when we checked into the room, toilet would not flush. Third, half the facility elevators were not working...for at least three days we were there. Fourth, The Television was ridiculously slow to open and tune to desired channel. Plus TV service was without some major channels for the entire three days we were there. Fifth, there was no "Business Center" equipped with a computer for the guests to use. Sixth, ordering anything in the Lobby Bistro involved a "Credit Card Only" system for payment which was overly complicated to use. I.E., no Charge it to my room capability. Seventh, They only cleaned our room after two nights when we were checking out. No bed making, No towel replacement No vacuuming the carpet......NOTHING. Eighth, We had crawling bugs in our room. Last, but not least, we were charged $527 dollars for two (2) nights which was outrageous in view of the quality of the accommodations. Can't recommend anyone to stay at this facility.
