We stayed at this hotel as a family and it was a terrible experience. We had a room for six people, which was supposed to include two double beds and a sofa bed. However, upon arrival, we realized that we hadn't been provided with bedding or pillows for the sofa bed.
When we went to the front desk to complain, they told us they were out of sheets and all they could offer us were towels. Did they expect us to sleep on a dirty, stained sofa, without sheets or pillows? Totally unacceptable. We asked to speak to a supervisor, but were told one wasn't available. We then requested a complaint form, but they didn't have one either.
Faced with this situation, we asked to cancel the reservation because they weren't offering us the minimum conditions for a decent stay, but they denied it. As a result, six of us had to sleep in two beds designed for four.
The cleanliness was terrible, with a strong musty smell, yellow sheets, and hair on the towels. The staff was very unfriendly and untrained in their problem-solving skills.
To top off the bad experience, we decided to give the breakfast buffet a try in the morning… a total disaster. The poorest buffet we've ever seen: there was only bread, scrambled eggs, and cereal.
If you can avoid this hotel, do so. They shouldn't continue to operate in these conditions. An absolute disgrace.
