Breakfast was good. Out of our 4 days stay, they had 3 diff menu. Room spacious but almost everything also spoil. From phone spoil, tv no signal to wifi down 3 days out of our 4 days stay! One of my worst hotel stay experience. Have complementary shuttle bus to and from universal studio. Pickup time 7.15 am, 8.50 am and 9.50 am. From universal studio departure time, 5.30 pm, 6.30 pm and 7.30 pm.

Been staying here for years and had discounts here a lot ! It's always fun staying here staff very nice n welcoming and crew are amazing ! Beds very comfy and clean grounds! And amazing hot tub pressure! This is one of my go to hotels in orlando hopefully will we back soon again ! I miss staying here 😪

We have stayed here twice. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. We had a great experience both times and will stay again when we come to Universal. The breakfast is good also.

Very close to universe studio. nice and clean. only we gave it 3 stars because when we check in that night our sink facet broke and the maintenance guy who shows up to repair, he didn't have a clue what to do so I need to guide him. nest morning they told us that they will repair it so when we arrived at 8:00 still not done upon taking to front desk they send someone to repair we were so tired and still had to wait for repair to be done before we use our room.

Beds and pillows were comfy. Room was spacious. Had pull out sofa and two queen beds. Two showers in the bathroom—one was tub shower combo and the other just a shower. Breakfast was very good and the ladies working in the dining area were very nice. Super convenient to Universal. Disney was a bit of a drive but not too bad. Pet friendly which is great. Very good stay.

5 STAR RATING! EXCELLENT STAY! HOME AWAY FROM HOME! Management and staff is outstanding and accommodating for special requests special needs! Rooms clean, comfy beds, tasty breakfast, great friendly service and good rates. Absolutely the best choice for our vacation special getaway! Will definitely have a future return visit and Shesayra, the manager, is a definite breath of ORLANDO SUNSHINE! WITH GRATITUDE THE ANDERSONS

Top Hotel, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal und perfekt gelegen zu den Universal Parks. Kostenloser Shuttle vom Nachbarhotel, ca. 1 Minute zu laufen. Wir würden beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Orlando auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen. Absolute Empfehlung.

If I could give it 10 stars I would but I can only give it 5!! Comfort suites were nothing but amazing. The cleanliness, great staff and the BEST hot BREAKFAST my family loved!! Fresh, delicious different choices everyday will definitely stay again!!

We stayed at the Comfort Suites near Universal and the staff was very Friendly and Very accommodating. The room was very Clean and we had a relaxing and quiet evening! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends, and I would definitely stay here again in the future!
