Holiday Inn Hotels in Orlando

Staff was great, room very clean, unlike my lay 3 visits, there were hidden charges at checkout, not related to services. Next visit to area I will be checking other places.

This hotel is perfectly placed to walk to Disney springs where you can take the transport to the parks or other accommodation for the restaurants, alternatively there is complementary transportation to all Disney parks. Free WiFi, tea and coffee and water everyday, staff super friendly and will help and advise you with any plans you want to make. We were given a high floor (which turned out not good for my mum) the staff helped move floors and for a small fee we upgraded without issue. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

This hotel is located in the lake buena vista area of Orlando and is conveniently located only about 10 minutes from Disney Springs and Disney World. It’s affordable and the breakfast provided is located on the first floor inside the Applebees.

We checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Definitely going back!!

Very satisfied with this hotel, the room is large, the location is good, go out is the Orlando Eye Ferris wheel, there is a large indoor swimming pool in the hotel, can be used before 4 pm, after 4 o'clock is someone else training base! Very recommend this hotel!

When I came here, the Shuttle Bus called the front desk many times and it was always busy. I had to change to Uber and take a taxi by myself (it landed at Terminal B when I arrived). I didn’t know that I was waiting for the bus at B40 at the hotel. Orlando Airport Terminal AB C waited for the Shuttle Bus at different locations. area

The rooms were clean. The service was good. The location was near everything and had easy access. The only problem was the deposit I paid is still pending and my stay was Mother’s Day Weekend.

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, with premium outlets and supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Will stay in if travel to Orlando next time.
