Booked this spot as a place to stay for a convention as vendors, so we had a looot of luggage. Front desk was extremely helpful not only with our room assignment but holding our luggage. This was around Christmas time and it was decorated very cutely. Lots of entertainment, will definitely consider rebooking for next year’s travels!

When I came, Shuttle Bus I called the front desk many times and Busy was able to change to Uber to take a taxi by myself (when I came, I landed at Terminal B). When I arrived at the hotel, I knew that I was waiting for the bus at B40 Orlando Airport Terminal AB C in different locations and other Shuttle Bus are also different areas.

The hotel location is very recomended for you who want to go universal studio or go to the premium outlet. Dont forget you have to booked a bus to go the universal studio the day before, inside a hotel there is outlet for you to booked the bus. If you want to rent a car there also a rent car outlet inside the hotel. I go to premium outlet , walk to 10 min only. If using uber it cost you about CAD 9. I just dont like the room hotel floor all using carpet. Thanks

Very satisfied with this hotel, the room is large, the location is good, go out is the Orlando Eye Ferris wheel, there is a large indoor swimming pool in the hotel, can be used before 4 pm, after 4 o'clock is someone else training base! Very recommend this hotel!

The rooms were clean. The service was good. The location was near everything and had easy access. The only problem was the deposit I paid is still pending and my stay was Mother’s Day Weekend.
