早上八點打電話確認有房，讓我十分鐘來，我八點二十多到酒店，結果前台讓我加錢才能入住，我定好的房為什麼讓我加錢才能入住啊？這不是套路嗎？純純的套路。前台態度也不好，進去房間地板都是濕漉漉的，還有異味，差評差評
