房間沒有熱水，前天服務態度差。敷衍。房間標配的東西不夠打電話説讓自己下樓拿。真棒👍🏻下輩子不見！重要的是沒熱水，水小的頭髮都洗不了。

房間地板煙洞很多，給人感覺很不好，衞生間淋浴壞的，一直漏水，燈光很黃很暗，門老舊，關門開門聲音很大，退房走呀，客房大姐説把床恢復原位，當場拉下臉問她我們自己恢復？大姐看到情緒不對又説一起幫我推一下，我推不動，國慶漲價了，不值這個價，前台服務還可以，下次不會選擇這裏
