每年大概有30天以上帶着孩子住酒店的時間，這應該是這麼多年來住的環境最一般的酒店。
雖然入住體驗不太好，但我還是希望能儘量客觀的評價這個酒店。
入住的時候，前台就説無法查到我的訂單，即使我多次把攜程訂單和付款記錄給他看，仍然表示他們系統無法查到，要給攜程電話確定，我多次表示先把有訂單的那間房安排出來，讓長者先休息，前台人員才安排。
經過20分鐘的等待，前台表示我的房型已經沒有了，要給我換大床，我且不説大床與雙床的房差，我帶着2個孩子，大床很不方便，於是我拒絕了，前台表示可以給我安排一件雙床，但是這間房漏水，為了儘快休息我同意了，進門還是顛覆了我的想象，這個房間門口漏水嚴重，進出都會滴到身上，房間有很大黴味。
房間裏的設施，感覺像是10年前吧，很陳舊，吹風機還是那種老式酒店固定在牆上的。
我們另外一間房，雖然沒有嚴重漏水，但是空調開到10度也沒有涼意，多次報修無果，衹好放棄。
説了這麼多，其實不想責怪工作人員，畢竟酒店硬件和酒店培訓內容都不是他們説了算的事。但是事實就是如此，酒店硬件很差，服務水平也不高，絲毫無法彌補。
酒店門前的停車場還是很大很方便的，希望能對大家的選擇有所幫助吧。

房間整齊幹凈，被子枕套潔白如新，洗澡的熱水流量很大。酒店兩邊商鋪林立，可以步行去鄂爾多斯草原情廣、人民廣場、成吉思汗廣場、博物院、圖書館、大劇院、蒙古象棋公園、以及烏蘭木倫湖噴泉廣場，總之超級方便。

房間有殘餘煙味，煙灰缸也沒完全擦乾淨。對於鼻炎患者來説是極大的考驗。
服務員態度還不錯，就是幫我搬行李那位把我的行李摔在了地上。
門的安全鎖壞了，有點不放心。

我住218房，房間閑得比較舊。入住當晚下雨，房間居然漏雨，把放在寫字枱上的背包淋濕，背包裏面的文件袋弄濕，放在裏面的創可貼濕透無法用！早起發現漏雨聯繫前台，告知換房間，沒有上來查看的意思，再三要求下前台服務員前來勘察，照了照片告知會通知工程部。除了免房費沒有其他賠償可能！
酒店位置不錯，離市政府主要廣場和噴泉不遠，所以選擇此地。此行經歷以後勸小夥伴考慮清楚，同樣區域有很多同檔次酒店可以選擇！
