The rooms are shabby, small and expensive, the toilets are rotten and disgusting, and it’s really outrageous that a hotel in a northern city has damp quilts! The hair dryer in the hotel room was broken and they were not replaced! The attitude at the front desk is extremely bad. I stayed in a hotel and asked me what time I would come back in the evening. What time did it have to do with my front desk? There are piles of sheets and quilts everywhere in the hotel corridor. I wonder if your hotel does not implement any cleaning measures? Overall, it can be regarded as the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel, and it refreshed my understanding of Kangbashi! Such a rough and inferior hotel will directly affect tens of millions of tourists' impression of this city!
