內蒙文旅局！這家酒店為什麼可以定為四星酒店！
先來説説酒店設施，陳舊老化，入住房間下水道水管漏水，客房服務員來查看後，我表示已經太晚了，就讓服務員拿了兩條地墊應付一下。洗澡的地方，在浴缸裏淋浴，弄個浴簾，洗澡時水從浴簾邊漏出來，這是什麼年代的裝修了。房間的燈光更是出人意外，白灼燈光，還是第一次住四星級，白灼燈光的酒店，冰冷的感覺。
重點，這個酒店的服務太差！太差！太差！早餐9點結束，我們快要9點的時候去吃，已經沒有東西吃了。服務員忙着收拾，要兩碗麪條也説沒有了！下面兩位服務員小領導自己已經拿好餐食在客人的早餐廳裏吃上了。我們不高興説了幾句，還被她們數落。第一位小領導説我們沒有時間觀念！我驚呆了！謝謝她的批評！
請問酒店管理部門對客人的服務時間是不是應該滿時點服務，9點鐘早餐結束，和9點鐘收拾完畢是一個概念嗎？你們是不是有滿時點服務的管理要求？其次，酒店服務人員就餐是不是應該在客人就餐的時間內和客人一起在餐廳食用？請管理部門好好核實一下這兩位服務人員是幾點踏入早餐廳自助就餐的？第三，客人在你們酒店是什麼角色？是可以隨意批評教訓的嗎？服務人員什麼該説，什麼絕對不能説，你們酒店的服務管理我很不滿意！
