衞生：很差，地毯、座椅、沙發這些都很臟
環境：很差，周邊餐飲店很少，不方便
設施：特別差，入住期間天氣很冷，酒店卻無空調、暖氣，導致本人居住期間還得了感冒
服務：前台服務態度差，事先確定好的事離店的時候不認，如空調暖氣沒有未提前告知！純純欺騙消費者的行為
