前台服務人員梅姐姐服務態度非常好，酒店衞生條件很好，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，被褥床單非常乾淨，房間不僅整體乾淨，細節方面打掃的也是一絲不苟，比如不起眼的角落，置物架等都非常的乾淨。

酒店的地理位置非常便利，烏蘭木倫湖噴泉廣場很近，走路就可以到。鄂爾多斯博物院也衹有幾百米。酒店旁邊有條美食街，很乾凈，第一家羊肉串春麗的小王推薦過，很好吃。還有一家土豆泥拌粉也很好吃。附近有葯店也很方便。前台接待小楊服務熱心周到。

酒店前台工作人員小東北服務態度好，房間設施齊全，停車非常方便，車位充足，酒店地點離博物館、音樂噴泉、內蒙美食都很近，出遊很方便，前台旁還有茶水和咖啡免費供應，礦泉水還加熱，十分貼心。
