Abba Ordino Babot Hotel

I chose this hotel because they are one of the few that allow dogs and that is also located in a quieter and cooler area and I loved seeing it on the internet. The location is excellent, with stunning views from every corner of the accommodation. My surprise when I got to the room was that I did not expect to have an interior terrace in case it rains or is cold and an exterior one. I loved the room with the attic, which gives parents a lot of privacy, large and very spacious. It was all outside: gardens, swimming pool, tennis, barbecue area... etc. very careful and clean, you have access to the mountain in front with which you can do routes and you can walk your dog freely, it's amazing !! The breakfast very well. Everyone's attention too, as it was far from the town, at night we were able to order dinner so we didn't have to move from the accommodation (since the night before we didn't like dinner at the hotel too much) As negative points: lunch and dinner, super expensive: 20 euros and not even water enters, the bread is a mini roll. (I would change especially the 1st dishes) Spa area: we complained that the water in the jacuzzis was too hot, it was very difficult for you to get in, and now what you want is more to cool off, although if it is warm then nothing happens but you will burn. I know that it is something that will be solved immediately I imagine. The entire interior of the facilities is very outdated, armchairs and furniture that at least were from the time of my great-grandmothers😜, . Since the Abba chain recently took it over, I hope you take it into account and renovate everything a bit and put showers that are safer, I assure you that I will find the shower curtain that is not mine (and that I do not have ), it makes me sick that I don't even tell you, to think that thousands of people spend there every year. Hopefully I can come back with you if my economy allows me 🤗.

Mi pareja y yo cogimos la habitación doble estándar, íbamos con nuestro perro y estuvimos dos noches. La habitación. Un poco justa para dos personas con maletas y si le añades un perro, más aún. El balcón, con vistas al pueblo, genial, era como estar en un mirador. El baño a reformar. La comida. Hicimos media pensión. El desayuno buffet, variado y muy bueno. La cena, con un menú a elegir; primero, segundo y postres estaba exquisito. Felicidades al cocinero!! Felicidades al camarero, muy atento!! El personal. Aunque el hotel está muy bien, teniendo en cuenta que es un 3 estrellas, Gloria fue la que nos hizo tener una estancia de 5 estrellas; atenta, hospitalaria, resolutiva, cuidadosa... un amor. Gracias por todo!!! Volveremos, pero esta vez probaremos la Suite

アンドラ初訪問で、家族でこのホテルに3泊しました。 部屋はファミリー用のを予約したのですが、一応ベッドルームにシングルベッドが2台、メインルームにダブルベッドという内容ですがとても残念だったのは、小さな子供を連れていたのに部屋には冷蔵庫や飲み物を作る設備など全く無く、4人で泊まっているのに狭いバスルームには歯磨き時に使うコップが一つだけという粗末さ。 そしてベッドサイドには全く電源コンセントが無く、ワイフがCpap (無呼吸症候治療器)をつけて睡眠するのに必要な電源が無く、仕方がないので延長コードを借りてメインの部屋から繋ごうと思い受付に借りに行ったら即座にそんな物は有りませんと言われてしまった。 レセプションの対応も素っ気なくかなりガッカリでした。 部屋もかなり古く設備もお粗末で、改装して綺麗にすれば素晴らしい景色の山の山中にあるホテルなのでもっと良くなるのにとても残念だと感じました。 夕食の食事も平均レベル以下で、夕食込みで予約してしまったのは失敗でした。 外に食べに行けば良かったと後悔。 このホテルオススメではありません。 本当は星一つの評価にしたかったが、とにかく景色が素晴らしいので、いちおう３つにしました。

Vraiment très agréable - un hôtel un peu écarté de la route - avec de l’espace tout autour et une vue superbe sur la vallée et sur le village en contrebas. Nous avions une chambre avec balcon vraiment très agréable, literie hyper douce et confortable. Une tv que nous n’avons pas utilisé et une baignoire avec … un bouchon ! Je recommande cet hôtel pour son accueil, son restaurant et sa tranquillité

Hotel clasico de montaña, muy acogedor. Habitaciones sin pretensiones pero excelentes vistas. Buen servicio y buena comida. Recomendable sin duda. Esta a unos 5 min en coche de Ordino.

Este hotel es adecuado si vas con niños o estás dispuesto a compartirlo con niños. Nos ha sorprendido la cantidad de familias con niños pequeños que estábamos alojados a la vez. El hotel es una gozada. La comida/cena es buenísima y con una variedad suficiente de unos días a otros. El desayuno buffet podría tener más variedad pero también hay donde elegir entre dulce y salado, incluyendo fruta, dulces, yogures, zumos, embutidos, panes,etc. La habitación tenía distribución de duplex, con un espacio inferior en el que teníamos dos camas, el baño y una terraza con vistas espectaculares, y otro espacio superior con una cama de matrimonio. Y por último, la atención de todos los empleados es muy buena. Nosotros queremos destacar a Gloria, que desde la recepción del hotel nos ha aconsejado muy bien y ha hecho que nuestra estancia sea muy agradable. Repetiremos sin ninguna duda

We loved the location of the hotel, the staff, all the service, the Spa and the availability of parking. It is a very quiet, rustic hotel, suitable for snow and winter lovers. I want to thank all the staff for their help, for their patience and for being so kind, but I especially want to highlight Gloria, at the reception who is a very loving and warm person, Juan Pablo and Chenoa, the waiters who were super friendly both at dinner and breakfast (we had half board). It is the second time that we repeat and we do not rule out some more since we were very comfortable at any time. The food is also very delicious and the breakfast is abundant and the views are unbeatable! Thanks for everything! Greetings from Madrid! Después de más de dos horas esperando, al final acabo la pesadilla de la cena de navidad. Llegamos a las 21:00 horas a la cena de navidad, después de sentarnos tuvieron que pasar unos 40 minutos para que nos tomasen nota. Preguntamos por uno de los primeros platos que teníamos dudas y nos explicaron una cosa y lo que llegó a la mesa fue algo muy diferente, con lo que tuvimos de retornarlo a cocina, con lo que dos de los cuatro que somos dos ticieron que pedir el menú infantil como primero. Después de finalizar y esperar unos 20 minutos, finalmente trajeron un bacalao que estaba incomible, literalmente, no solo nosotros retornamos a cocina ese plato, sino que la mayoría de los censales del comedor hicieron lo mismo. Pedimos un entrecot que tardó 21'09 minutos en llegar a la mesa, algo insólito. El resto de entrecot que pedimos estaban más menos pasables, pero sin una buena cocina. Los postres después de otros 20 minutos llegaron y bueno no estaban mal. Al final una cena de Navidad arruinada por una pésima cocina y gestión del comedor. Por el resto, el hotel no está mal, la habitación confortable pero algo fria. La zona de Spa está bien. Conclusión, después de estar tres meses esperando la navidad en este hotel, nos llevamos un pésimo recuerdo. No creo que regresemos.
