Azure Beach Residences

I would love to give this place a 5 stars review because there are workers who clearly work hard to maintain your safety and the cleanliness on this property, but unfortunately on June 9, 2025, while in my Airbnb on the 6th floor with my sleeping husband inside of our bedroom two men unannounced opened the front door on us after one or two knocks at the door. What a scary experience. We had no prior knowledge that pest control would be conducting services and if we did not answer by one or two knocks they would physically barge in on us with a key. I totally freaked out thinking we were getting robbed. The guys apologized after I confronted them. They claim that an email was sent out to the owners. I explained to workers just because some doesn’t answer doesn’t mean you walk in on them. I explained we are in a foreign country and these kind of practices are unacceptable. We contacted the owners the owners apologized and said they were under the impression that when we checked out next day pest control would then come in. This is my second stay at Azure. My last stay was December 2024. I never felt unsafe. I felt secured that’s why I chose to come right back to Azure.”. After this experience that left me very uneasy and unsettled definitely will not.

Azure is absolutely lovely. Very clean property, inside and out! Every employees we encountered was kind and helpful. The accommodations were very comfortable and had plenty of amenities. The location was great -- right between Palm and Eagle beaches. Palm is a couple minute walk and Eagle about 10-12 minutes. The pool area was large with 2 Infiniti pools and a jacuzzi. Our kids spent many hours out there! We will definitely go back to Azure the next time in Aruba.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The cons: The issue is certain things in the unit are broken/not working. The place should be ready when I get here. There are other issues that weren’t fixed. The pros: The pool and grounds are beautiful/breathtaking.

Book this 9 months in advance the week before they tried to increase the price until I sent a complaint. Room didn’t have a kingsize bed as advertised. Went down 5 floors to where the ice machine used to be but the area was empty. The front desk said there was no ice machine and told me a store 10 minutes away (drive) selling ice. Room had a mini fridge that couldn't fit it!Unmarked parking spots! Bug in utensil draw! When advised the front desk came back from the beach to find a can off spray on my kitchen counter.Beautiful view of ocean but everything else canceled any return.

We stayed in the Tides tower in unit 521. It is a corner unit with amazing views. The unit was clean (minus some handprints on the windows and fridge). Everyone that worked there was very pleasant, especially Raymond the guard at the gate. The location is great since you are so close to both Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. We loved the space of the condo. The pool was really nice (although they were doing construction on the second pool). The only downside is that you are not on the beach. The closest walking beach is in front of the Embassy Suites and it wasn't the nicest beach. We drove 3 minutes to Eagle Beach each day and paid $35 for two chairs under the palapa and it was fantastic. It was called Paradise Beach Vacations, my husband went around 8 am and spoke with the security guard there each morning to reserve our chairs (I hate having to do it early, but it is unfortunately the only way). I do prefer a beach right in front of where we are staying, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
