Thank you Tamarijn to all your fabulous staff. We can see how incredibly hard you all work in the face of an occasionally demanding clientele! We last stayed at the hotel back in 2012 and it was so nice to come back and see all the changes. Yes, it’s a little sad to see areas of erosion on the beach, but great to see how the hotel is trying to mitigate against this and still plenty of beautiful beach along at block 25 which we used daily. Special shout out to Betsy and all the crew at Club Margot- you really made our holiday with some good bar laughs and excellent cocktails, not to mention the incredible food here! Great DJ and tunes!!! Sorry we never got his name but thank you for the top vibes! Enjoyed everything we ate and drank- breakfast buffet staff always so kind and helpful. Thank you. Our room was lovely, lots of space, storage and well maintained. Always enjoyed a coffee on the balcony before breakfast. All in all, a great stay. Aruba is a very special place and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Tamarijn.

we were overall happy with our stay! We went in unsure with it being an all inclusive (because typically we don’t like the food at all inclusives), but were pleasantly surprised. It was of good quality and taste, and there were a variety of restaurants and flavors. Booking reservations wasn’t easy for our large family of 6, but the concierge helped. The rooms were basic, but generally clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were very tight. It was nice to be able to use the sister resort Divi, because the water on the beach at Tamarijn is not great. There are a lot of slimy, sandbags and rocks, seaweed and pipes. It is always murky as well. But it is very beautiful at Divi. We loved the long boardwalk along and between both resorts. The coffee machine in the lobby was decent and the gift shop had any essentials you might need. The pool chairs looked nice and padded, but we used the beach, and those chairs were just basic. The beach also could’ve been better kept with raking ( there were cigar butts and cigarette butts which were never cleaned until I did so myself after several days of seeing them and my toddlers picking them up). It’s missing a few other luxuries like quality pillows & room service, but overall a good value for the price and a nice resort. One thing to know about Aruba itself is how windy it is. We were not aware of this until we came (but could be assumed based on their national tree shaped by the wind). It was annoying at times, especially being on the beach with the fine sand pelting you in the eyes. I’m not sure I would return for this reason as I’ve heard it is very windy all year round. You can’t hold a sun hat on and it just got to be very annoying. That’s the only negative. I could find about the place though. It otherwise is beautiful, clean safe and lovely.

This property specifically the Tamarjin side leaves a lot to be desired. The beach is mostly inaccessible with large boulders , extremely rough waves and sand bags along parts of the shore. There are 6 of us on this trip. We have two adjoining rooms. There’s nowhere to put all of our luggage- full or empty. There is no dresser. The storage that does exist is so narrow you can’t put a pair of socks in it and close it. You have to beg housekeeping for towels. Beach towels are an entirely other issue. If you want to be reprimanded by an angry adult - go try to exchange your beach towel . He will yell at you. If you use a beach float make sure you give it a full hose down and drying before returning it or you’ll also get ripped a new one for having sand on a float- at the beach. The oceanfront premium rooms are ocean view- but you can’t go in the water from them unless you bring water shoes and maybe a helmet. The shower is either scalding hot or boiling hot. The sinks do not drain. The porch light will not turn off so it beams in through the curtains all night long . Despite not replacing towels or vacuuming or sweeping - house keeping will open your door at 8:30 am to clean. The walk to the divi side is long but worth it if you want iced coffee with any type of non dairy milk. The only coffee here at tamarin is some weird room Machine and the stuff at the Buffett which closes promptly at 11. Dinner reservations are difficult to come by. There are little to no gluten free options that you don’t have to plea for. The only non reservation dinner option is the buffet at the divi which is open until 9. There’s literally nothing to do here after 9 pm. If you have teens or maybe like having a variety of things to do during the day and the night- this is not the place to stay. If you like a rough ocean and resort that smells like sewage and the inability to use most of the beach paired with the inconvenience of having limited amenities then totally stay here.

I've been part of a family adult group that vacations each year at different islands for the past seven years. This was our first time here and can say we absolutely loved it! The resort was very clean and well taken care of. Our room was normal size and very clean. There are 25 buildings of rooms, and they all face the ocean. We could walk out our patio and there was the sand and water. I can't say enough about the food! It was amazing! Literally everything we ate was delicious. The resort staff was friendly and helpful. There are two resorts next to each other that you have full range of. The Tamarijn and Divi. We used the pool at the Divi most days. They have a trolly cart that runs every 15 minutes that will take you back and forth. The walk is rough after the first day lol The Divi has an amazing coffee bar that's free so we would go over there daily to get that. Hopefully the Tamarijn will build one of their own. I'm not sure if the weather is like this most days but it was upper 80's and a breeze the whole time. We loved having the breeze while others found it to be annoying. I'd rather not be sitting there sweating to death with the breeze. We did one excursion while there that that was very affordable. The side-by-side UTV's that take you to different places on the island was awesome. If you want to do this, bring sunglasses and a handkerchief for the dirt and sand that blows on you. We ended up having to buy that stuff in the giftshop at our first stop and was definitely overpriced. We only had two suggestions/complaints. 1. I suggest they need to put the building numbers on the buildings so when you're walking to your room it's easier to find what building is yours. 2. Our only complaint was lack of entertainment. Just having music by the pool would even be nice. We will definitely be going back to Aruba!

Incredible resort! Staff are amazing and helpful. The rooms are clean. Beautiful grounds. The food and drinks are excellent! Of course, the beaches are amazing! This area is quieter than the resorts and hotels further up, but you can take a bus or taxi up to that area, too. We highly recommend this resort! We’ll be back!

Visiting Aruba has been on our list for a long time and Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusive was the resort for us. The resort is in the low rise district, so it is a step away from the bustling night life. The quiet atmosphere was perfect for us. The service was wonderful! You felt like an honored guest the whole week. We requested a room in the buildings 1900-2500 in order to have a sand beach. It was like a dream to step out of our room in the morning and have the ocean 30 yards from our door. The trade off is that you have a longer walk to the main area where the pool and restaurants are located. From building 2500, my pedometer clocked it at 0.3 mile one way. After all we ate, we viewed it as a forced exercise program. If this is too much walking, you can call for a shuttle at any time and they will pick you up. The food was plentiful and delicious. There is a buffet available for breakfast and lunch and dinner buffet at Divi which you also have access to. We ate a large breakfast and then got a snack at the bar gill for lunch. We made dinner reservations for each night and enjoyed the different restaurants. The evening shows around the pool (we saw two of them) were good but I wish there was more seating. If you didn't get a pool lounge chair you had to stand or sit on the pool deck. The activities center has snorkel equipment, pool floats, and e-bikes to borrow but you should arrive before they open if you want something specific. The snorkel equipment went fast! We also went on the e-bike and snorkel tour. This was fantastic, but truly exhausting! Don't try if if you don't have a reasonable level of fitness. Tamarijn Aruba is the first place that we both want to return to. It was the perfect place for us.

The resort and employees were spectacular! From Rishma at the front desk, to Rossana, the cook at the pool bar, these people worked hard and had the greatest attitudes! Everyone was helpful, thoughtful while still hard working. Our 2nd trip here and Rishma was able to give us the same room we had 6 years ago! She also was able to retrieve my wife's jacket from the airport bus that she left on it with her phone charger in the pocket. Again, awesome resort and awesome people working there!!

The Tamarijn was AMAZING! We came for our 10 year anniversary and I was blown away. Our room was right on the beach, we literally walked out our door and in a few steps we were on the beach. This was exactly what we wanted and everything about this trip was honestly breath taking. All of the restaurants had delicious food and the breakfast and lunch buffet was delicious and so fresh! The concierge desk was so helpful, they booked our restaurant reservations and answered any questions we had.The views, the food, the staff were all lovely. We ended up doing the UTV/ATV tour through De Palms Tours and the pick up and drop off went flawlessly (highly recommend that tour, SO much fun and a great way to explore the island; Ricky and Luis were the best tour guides also). The only thing I regret is not staying for longer lol. We will be coming back here every year!
