My biggest issue with the hotel was that they do not have pull out sofa beds in any of the suites so I had my 14 year old daughter sleeping in the same room as me. The fitness center also needs more equipment for a brand new modern hotel it was very disappointing. Lastly they need more IPA beer choices and draft beers. The taps were there but empty. Lobby bar offered no IPA’s. They need to get some atmosphere going at night also. It was very boring. The Hyatt lobby bar was lively but this hotel had sometimes no one at the bar at night. Rooms were clean and the hotel was modern and service up to par.

Jeandray our bartender, at the pool bar, was all around amazing. A great guy super kind to everyone, made amazing drinks, and led the team as a whole. Everyday we were so excited to see him and it was a pleasure having him serve us.

We had an incredible stay at the St. Regis in Aruba! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with luxurious rooms, breathtaking ocean views, and impeccable attention to detail. The service was beyond exceptional—every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and pampered. From the seamless check-in to the attentive poolside service, everything was flawless. The dining options were outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was pure paradise. We can’t wait to return to this gem of a resort!

Our first time at The St Regis Aruba. It was amazing. Service was outstanding. The beach service was excellent and had a great time at the pool bar. Jeandray makes the best drinks. He gave us restaurant recommendations and always welcoming like we've know him for years. Can't wait to come bar. Hopefully Jeandray will be behind the bar

Exceptional stay. St Regis Aruba is the best hotel on the island. The hotel being newly opened and built provides the best luxury experience. The rooms are also beautifully designed. My room had everything I would ever need. The bed was very comfortable, especially after a long flight from Europe. And the views. The ocean views are absolutely spectacular. There is nothing better than having a cup of coffee in the morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean. I have also enjoyed the dining options. The beach restaurant has remarkable drinks menu. The smash burger is delicious too. One of the best burgers I have ever had. The Italian dinner menu is amazing as well. On top of that, there is a akira back restaurant on the top floor offering beautiful ocean views and top quality food. The steaks, drinks, and sushi are all scrumptious. I would recommend booking a table just before the sunset. Finally, the beach and pools at the St Regis are wonderful. The best place to relax. There is even a snorkeling area around the beach.

Overall our 4 night getaway was magical at the St. Regis. The hotel is beautifully designed with modern vibes and sleek details. We stayed in a suite on the 11th floor which was larger than we expected and were thrilled to know we had lounge chairs on our massive balcony along with a breakfast table and chairs. Although an amazing vacation, there are certainly little "misses" in the details which one would expect from a St. Regis. I have no doubt, however, these will be corrected as the hotel gets more comfortable with their day to day operations. I gave 4 stars b/c of these details, but overall its a an amazing place to stay. Room Pro-Room was modern and large with an amazing view. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Bathroom was well stocked with necessities. Con-The living room area that should house supplies was complete baren. No basics you would expect in that space such as silverware or a mini-bar. Also there was a space for a fridge but it was also empty. So the room had only one fridge which was too tiny in my opinion. Beach Pro-Beautiful area of beach with pristine water. Very comfortable lounge chairs with umbrellas. Con-This is a big one for me. The biggest problem I had with this resort is their lack of beach chair availability. I was told I would need to wake up at 7 am to get a chair. This is not what you expect to hear on a vacation at St. Regis. When we did finally get a chair we noticed many chairs untouched for HOURS from guests that did wake up a "reserve their spot". I implore St. Regis Aruba to do better. Service Pro-Whether it was beach, pool, room, bar, the staff was always eager to please any need or request. Con-Not really much to say here other than that I wish the Butler service was more apparent. We knew it existed but other than calling for coffee; we really didn't feel like it was the same level of butler service as we have experienced at other resorts. And it seems snobby to say, but I guess it should be noted that the main entrance is not well staffed and more often then not, someone was not there to open the doors. Food/Drink Pros- We really enjoyed the meals we had on site. The prices were high but not over the top, which we anticipated. Eating breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean, with the breeze whipping by, will be an everlasting memory in my mind. The Red Snapper Bloody Mary was to die for and shoutout to Brandon at the reception bar area, b/c his is one level up! Con-The only thing that comes to mind is there is no food/drink option in the room, after room service is closed. Again, a mini bar would be ideal. Cleanliness Pro-Room was cleaned quite well 2X a day. I did notice little areas that were not cleaned or stocked as well, specifically the half bathroom. But not a big deal. Con- My only con is something I did mention to the reception area as well, but the main pool area was not cleaned often enough. I'll spare details but definitely needs someone cleaning more often th

The resort was beautiful and the workers were so friendly and helpful. After booking then reading some reviews I was nervous but I was not disappointed. The pools were beautiful and never had a problem getting a chair, 10am non problem, 2pm no problem, 4pm no problem. Food at pool was very good, my only issue were the drinks. At approximately $20+ a drink I expect to taste the alcohol, but they were very weak. Had drinks at the rooftop restaurant and I had the best lemon drop martini, bartender was great, all fresh ingredients. A little pricey but it was worth it, not crowded at all. Most other resorts were packed. I would definitely go back.

5 star doesn’t even begin to describe this property. All the staff go way above and beyond and treat you genuinely like family. There’s no where else I’d rather stay on the island. Aychell, Jeandray, Ronny and Edrian at the pool bar are amazing!

First, I was a little apprehensive of booking an ocean front suite given some of the reviews on noise from the Riu. But since I was only going for 4 nights figured we would give it a try. Also worth noting is I have long felt the island needed something better than the Ritz, which I have stayed at several times. While the Ritz has a very large beach area, and the hotel is nice, it is more of a 4.5*, not 5*. I thought we would be staying in the narrow part of the property, right at the beach, based upon website photos. However I was told those are king bed suites only and we had 2 queens. Our room happened to be all the way to the left side of the property, just next to the RIU. So first the bad news. The Riu is undergoing major reconstruction and the noise can from music can be heard. However, it never rose to the level which I found unacceptable or at night trying to sleep. There wasn't a time the noise impacted our enjoyment. Perhaps for someone else who wanted absolute peace and quiet, but this entire area of Aruba, really isn't geared for that. Second, the hotel is new and one could tell there are still some things getting ironed out. Nothing overly concerning from my perspective. Third, the beach is small and seating beach space is limited. For the pool, which is very nice, no problem. But there are these people who absolutely have to have front row beach, don't want to tip and try and put their stuff down at 6AM, before it even opens. Then these same people go back to bed or breakfast or whatever and don't come back until 10. A policy probably should be made, but for me the easier route is just to be kind and take care of the beach attendants every day. They were very attentive. Given all that, I still give it 5*. Why? The lobby area, including bar and shops is beautiful. Music every night. Champagne celebration every night. The suite was spacious, modern in feel, with a fantastic bath and large balcony. The restaurant on the 12th floor was outstanding with its view, range of food, presentation and taste. Most importantly, EVERY employee went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Every single one. I would call out a couple, Justin, and Ryan in the beach area, who were instrumental in getting chairs and umbrellas and Rosanna for the food and drink and taking care of my wife for her birthday. We will be back.
