#positive #I was happy with the Convenience of Transport, Toiletries, Mosquito Control Measures, Nearby Shops; The hotel is very clean, with a refrigerator, microwave and induction cooker, but I didn't see a hair dryer. Sound insulation is still ok, in general there is no big noise. But the curtains are blinds that are a bit unstrict. Would recommend to friends, a quite reliable hotel. When I left in the morning, the front desk pulled the curtain and put the room card quietly behind the window.
Prepayment online was easy through Trip.com. Check in at the hotel was quick and all my questions were answered. Although no breakfast was not in my room package I was still charged a non-refundable amenities fee of 25. Not sure I have ever been charged a fee like that. The room was great and spacious. When I noticed the front desk of a water problem with the shower they said they would get on it quickly. We only stayed one night. Once your door closes, you hear nothing! Great sound barrier. Even with the hurricane looming, the grounds were nice. Restaurant on the grounds was nice and the food was good.
Very old house, a bit of the feeling of a motel in an American movie. There is a tide in the house. I don't know why the bed is particularly high. I really have to climb up. I regretted it. I thought about staying one night to find a little closer to the airport. I should add more money to find at least 4 points.

This was a great find. The location is very neutral. Everything that we needed was within close range. The staff was amazing. The amenities were outstanding. The fact that their kitchen stayed open late and the bodega and the bar were available, we didn't have to leave to go searching for what we need.
I recently stayed at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience, especially considering the resort has only been open for two months. Here’s a breakdown of my stay:
Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends.
Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind.
Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite.
Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax.
Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort.
Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!
This hotel honestly needs a lot more credit and advertisement, this was nothing short of amazing for the price! The staff prepare whatever you need within minutes and have it ready at your door and will knock and leave it there for you to follow social distancing. They are so kind and very helpful for anything you need! It might not be the newest or fanciest hotel, but for being on international drive and less than 15 minutes away from any theme park, it's absolutely a must!
I recently stayed at a fantastic new hotel that offers an incredible experience with plenty of Universal's Epic Universe nearby. The location is perfect for those who love theme parks and attractions. The hotel provides easy access to all the nearby activities, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
I had a really bad experience in this hotel . Receptionist named HELDA is a worst I ever encountered in my life .she was so inconsiderate rude the worst she threaten us to take out from the hotel premises I was with a 8 yrs kid and my wife . Heres the story we are tourist,I booked a hotel for 3 days(non refundable )I paid through one of my friends credit card . As hotel policy I had to swipe a physical credit $100 for (collateral)incase of anything damage in my room . Unfortunately I didn't have a credit card . I request her to keep a $500 cash instead( I understand hotel policy’ )But she was so so so rude wanted us to thrown out of hotel she kept saying cancel and find other hotel . I ask her to call a manager maybe manger could have an other solution but she dint even bother . Just said I can’t I won’t . Listening our conversations at the lobby one lady came up and said if I give her $150 cash she will let use credit card just to check inn . Where’s we dint have an option .
I was satisfied about my stay at the Orlando International Drive element.
The room was top equipped, very modern and clean – especially the small kitchen was super practical. The fitness studio was excellent, with a good selection of equipment and maintained equipment.
The location is ideal when you are on the way with the car is – you get fast and uncomplicated to all the great leisure parks in Orlando. Also breakfast was really good for the price, with a proper selection and fresh options.
Overall a great price-performance ratio and absolutely recommendable for all who are looking for comfort and a good location!

Amazing
GGuest UserThe room is very big, the service is very good, and the location is very close to several playgrounds! The room has an open kitchen, living room, very large bedroom and bathroom, and the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware. The hotel also has many activities, various sports venues, swimming pools, and water parks. It is very comfortable.
GGuest UserWonderful place to stay! The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Pillows like clouds. We stayed in the off season and the service and food was just a great as it would be in the summertime. Cocktails were very good. All the pools were heated and they even had entertainment and activities in November! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to enjoy a little pampering and relaxation ☺️
YYUK TSZHotel location is remote, driving is not convenient, close to JW Marriott. The room is OK, but it is still far from the luxury hotel. A white handsome guy at the front desk couldn't find a Ctrip order, and it took a long time to check in. At the checkout, an additional 39 yuan resort fee was charged.
GGuest UserWent with 2 pre school kids. 2 queen beds just enough. Hotel room is a bit small for family of 4. Aft putting luggages got not much space left. But they got 4 chairs and dining table. Fully function kitchen is a plus. Orlando has nth much to eat for asian and kids doesn’t like the food at theme parks. We hv to prep our own food most of the time. Stayed here for 10 days during the weeks of Xmas and new year Happy with everything.
CCindy ChiWe did not use the hotel resort facilities much, as we were in the theme parks most of the time during our stay. Therefore, I think the resort fees were too much to charge per day. They did not even clean our room every day. Check-in was very slow, and no consideration for upgrades for returning customers. The shuttles were too crowded, and it took too long to return back to the hotel. However, the location of the hotel was excellent for the airport and all the theme parks.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, with a dedicated passage to the exhibition hall. There was a Vietnamese guy at the front desk who was very enthusiastic and helped me get a free upgrade. Thank you very much. The young man who helped call a taxi at the gate was also full of energy. Will come back and stay here again.
GGuest UserIt looks like a big hotel, but the service is really not up to par. The room service came the next day, but I didn't get up, so they took an hour to come, and then they never showed up again. They recommended two things to me during my stay, the first one was when I checked in, and the second one was a phone call directly to the room one morning. Not a good experience.
손손Our family of 6 had a good time.
Breakfast was also different and rich every morning.
However, it's good to go a little early because you have to queue after 8:30.
There is also a shuttle to tourist attractions such as Sea World, so I had a comfortable stay.
