The room is large and clean, and comfortable to stay in. The lobby provides free coffee and fruit, and there is a coin-operated laundry room, which is very convenient and practical. The breakfast is also OK, but it ends early, so I only had it twice during my five-day stay. Opposite is a plaza, which has restaurants and supermarkets, and a Korean barbecue restaurant that tastes really good. It is relatively close to Disney, but relatively far from Universal and Sea World

As always i always love to stay this hotel. Only new feature i just find out Now they are charging Parking fee. In the end my stay was wonderful.

The room was not cleaned after three days of stay. After telling the room service, it was still not cleaned. The bath towels were not changed. The bedding was too bad. The quilt was very thin. I woke up several times after turning off the air conditioner. There was still a motor sound after turning off the air conditioner. The breakfast was not bad. The children liked the Mickey muffins.

All good EXCEPT do not take their shuttle to Magic kingdom. Just don’t and you will regret it. Because they hire third party shuttle companies, it took us 1.5 hours to get back to hotel! When I complained to front desk, the staff said nothing they can do!

You stayed for two weeks for a family occasion. The hotel is very clean. The housekeeping staff does an amazing job keeping on top of things. Blanca at the front desk is a true gem! She went out of her way to greet us every day. We had an even numbered room on the seventh floor and were able to watch fireworks from the Magic Kingdom nightly. This was an added bonus! We will definitely stay again!

We had a 1-bedroom suite which was on a corner of the 5th floor. The room was wonderful size. Bathroom was very large. However, we never had hot water during our 6-night stay. It would be lukewarm for maybe 30 seconds and then cold. Or even hot for 5 seconds. We remembered we had the same issue when we stayed there in January. We will not return to this location. On our second night, we had a 2 1/2 inch flying insect in our room. In the morning we notified the front desk who said they would submit a ticket. We did not see any other insects in the room. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the view was amazing for fireworks. The pool is good but closer to the sister hotel. There were always parking spaces available. Cost to park is $20 per night.
