As always i always love to stay this hotel. Only new feature i just find out Now they are charging Parking fee. In the end my stay was wonderful.

This Hilton property caters mostly to the Disney World and Universal crowds. The place is located very close to the parks and it has some decent breakfast. The pool is great for kids. There are two Hilton hotels sharing the pool, the covered garage etc. However, there are several suggestions for the hotel management: First and most important: increase the number of Handicap Parking places. For a property of this size, there are only FIVE HC spots. Many guests who need assistance end up walking a long way. The hotel offers decent prices for the rooms, BUT it charges 20 dollars a day for parking. This is ridiculous since you can barely find a parking spot after visiting the entertainment parks. The TV in the room offers only live / cable channels. When we inquired about signing to our Disney+, or other streaming services, the front desk person's response was: "what floor is your room?, aaah yeah, we've been having internet problems for that floor..." What? Internet problems for 7 days?!? Not up to expected Hilton properties standards. Half of the USB chargers in our room were either broken or not properly functioning. So bring your own plugs, because the USB outlets are not reliable. Lastly, the breakfast area where they have a Mickey waffle station is a cluster. People rush from all directions in no particular order to self-prepare their waffles. You can cordon off that particular area to form more orderly line. Front desk personnel is "hit and miss" - we had great experience with some of the employees and irritating with others who were nonchalant and non-engaging. The hotel provides some washers and dryers, but not all machines work. The cost is 3 dollars for a cycle. Would be nice if they repair them all and avoid complaints from guests about laundry. Overall, decent stay for the price but the next door property seemed better option.

All good EXCEPT do not take their shuttle to Magic kingdom. Just don’t and you will regret it. Because they hire third party shuttle companies, it took us 1.5 hours to get back to hotel! When I complained to front desk, the staff said nothing they can do!
