Great hotel with well maintained and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the breakfast/bistro workers. Although the hotel is not next to much, it’s is comfortable removed from the bustle of tourist areas. Will stay here again when in Orlando.

I’ve been staying here for a few years now. In fact, even love one of their current employees who sadly wasn’t there when I checked in recently. Because of that, I had to deal with the most unfriendly and cold employees I’ve ever seen at a Marriott property. I’m a Gold Elite member and they couldn’t even accommodate minor perks, such as a later check-out of just 30 minutes. What a shame, because this hotel is very clean, nice lobby and wonderful rooms. Another con is, their pool was super foggy and the pool walls are black/dirty. That’s something I hadn’t seen before, not sure what happened. I’m planning to re-consider staying elsewhere when I return to Orlando. This is ridiculous! Hire better people.
