Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Orange County

The room is large and comfortable. The lobby has boiling water and coffee for 24 hours. There is an indoor gym and outdoor swimming pool. It is recommended to bring your own swimming equipment and complete toiletries.

The hotel is very close to Universal Studios, and there is a free shuttle service to Universal Studios. 24-hour coffee and breakfast are nice. Free parking was also nice.

I had a really bad experience in this hotel . Receptionist named HELDA is a worst I ever encountered in my life .she was so inconsiderate rude the worst she threaten us to take out from the hotel premises I was with a 8 yrs kid and my wife . Heres the story we are tourist,I booked a hotel for 3 days(non refundable )I paid through one of my friends credit card . As hotel policy I had to swipe a physical credit $100 for (collateral)incase of anything damage in my room . Unfortunately I didn't have a credit card . I request her to keep a $500 cash instead( I understand hotel policy’ )But she was so so so rude wanted us to thrown out of hotel she kept saying cancel and find other hotel . I ask her to call a manager maybe manger could have an other solution but she dint even bother . Just said I can’t I won’t . Listening our conversations at the lobby one lady came up and said if I give her $150 cash she will let use credit card just to check inn . Where’s we dint have an option .

Hotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

It's good, but it's relatively close to the road, and I'm occasionally woken up by passing cars in the middle of the night. The sound insulation of the walls is also average, and it is easy to hear people passing by outside the house. Hygiene is okay, but there are no slippers, which is annoying. The pile of shampoo in the bathroom is very difficult to use. It is strongly recommended to bring your own or go to the supermarket across the road to buy it. WiFi is very slow, it depends on how many people use it at the same time, and the mobile phone signal is also average. Anyway, chatting and sending pictures are reluctantly acceptable, and watching videos is a little stuck. It takes a long walk from the side of the road to the hotel, a taxi can take you to the door, but if you want to walk to the side of the road (for example, if you want to have a meal near the hotel or buy the daily necessities I just mentioned), it will take about 3-5 Minutes are a little more troublesome.

This hotel is in a good location with a nice facility. Clean room was clean and had all the necessary things of a regular hotel room.

The room is large, there is a convenience store at the entrance, breakfast is standard and the basic selection is rich, and the bathroom is bigger and cleaner than other intelligent selections. It is suitable for tourists.

1. The window blinds could not be rolled down. Called front desk, waited for hours without seeing a maintenance person being sent over. Eventually the front desk person came but couldn’t fix the problem. We were offered to move to another room, and we moved. 2. Safety box had been locked when we checked into our room. Should have been unlocked after previous customer checked out.

Parking is convenient, two large beds can sleep four people. Breakfast is average, there are not many bright spots, the juice is synthetic, and there are not many choices of meat. There is a small swimming pool in an ordinary holiday hotel, all similar.
