Family-friendly Hotels in Orange County

The environment, services, and sanitation are very good, and the most surprising thing is that there are washing machines and dryers, and the pots and pans in the kitchen are very clean. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again

Great location. Very convenient! Friendly staff. Hotel itself aged look and feel. Water was stopped between 11 pm to 6 am for the entire building, On the second day. Could not shower or anything for that day. We came in for a convention we worked till midnight and then had to leave following morning at 6 pm. COULD NOT SHOWER!!! The room wasn’t cleaned for two days, we had to call the front desk for each day. Not the great experience. Hope our next stay will be better…

I was able to walk to Disneyland, but I think it would be more convenient if it was a little closer. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. It was a bit far from convenience stores and supermarkets, so you should buy what you need in advance!

Best hotel we stayed in while in the US for 4 weeks, Breakfast location staff, Comfort of Rooms just perfect. would defiantly stay their again and will tell plenty of people about this hotel. Loved it..

15 minutes walk to Disney, a road, near. The room is smaller than Disney, there is a swimming pool gym, and there is a small water park for children. That is, we stayed for 2 nights, and the room was nap for a while in the afternoon of the first day, then went out and came back to the room without cleaning.

Booked separately in two days, communicated at the front desk and changed to a unified room type (but not up but down...), the room got to the second floor without an elevator 🛗, you have to lift your luggage up by yourself, and the most embarrassing thing is that there is glass on the roof early in the morning Wake up at six o'clock when the sun rises, you need to wear an eye mask! ...... Children can play in the water world, which is not bad. It is a ten-minute walk from Disney, and there is a place to eat opposite. There is also a small supermarket on the first floor of Building 1 of the hotel where you can buy snacks and drinks

A sentimental hotel. The facilities are indeed old, the lobby is nice but you can still play in the lobby if you don't stay in the hotel; the only advantage is that the entrance to the park is really fast, you don't need to make an appointment to jump the queue to go to the theme restaurant downstairs, and after entering the park, especially to the California Park, you can enjoy a half-hour of park experience without people (in fact, it takes 20 minutes to queue for security check), and then you can go back to the hotel to rest at any time with the Express Pass card when you are tired, and then walk to the corresponding project location when the time comes. Other than that, I don't recommend coming to this hotel. The three-star Pixar Hotel opposite is only one street away and you will have a better experience.

The hotel is too old, and the experience is not as good as that of Shanghai Disney and East Disney, but it generally meets the standards of Disney.

The hotel facilities are diverse and very convenient. It's a pity that the service attitude is not very friendly. My children and I arrived at the hotel at one o'clock in the afternoon. The front desk said that there were no rooms ready and asked us to come back at three o'clock in the afternoon. We came back after lunch. At about four o'clock in the afternoon, the front desk arranged a room for us near the elevator. We went up After seeing the room, we immediately went back to the front desk and asked them to change rooms. We told the front desk that the children might be woken up by the noise in the morning because they were close to the elevator, and we hoped to change to another room, but the front desk staff was reluctant and only said, ”I don't t think so we have other room for you!”, Because we were staying for 3 nights and expressed that we could not accept a room so close to the elevator, the front desk staff went to express it to the manager, and the manager immediately said that he could change the room for us. But for three nights, the bed was not clean. My children and I were bitten by insects every day. Our hands, feet and back were also bitten every day, which was itchy and painful.

Very good accommodation experience, the hotel room is quite large, clean and sanitary, with kitchen facilities, free parking, it is the first choice for vacation. The front desk staff is very friendly, the breakfast is also good, and there is a free social simple dinner from Monday to Thursday, which is really great. The hotel is also in a good location, with a shopping mall within walking distance and Walmart nearby, which is very convenient for food and accommodation
